The equipment is installed to a good spec and discreet. Would definitely recommend Duel Fuel Solutions.

Ordered in September and installed in March. Far longer than I expected/was led to believe but given the huge extra demand, delays getting DNO and then the weather perhaps understandable. Help, advice and updates from the company were good when they were contacted but rarely did they contact me to give an update. The work was carried out to (what I believe) a good standard and the, fully black, panels fitted look really neat on the roof. Bottom line: the system works, looks good and I’m happy.

We found Dual Fuel Solutions to be highly technically knowledgeable and listened to our needs rather than impose more standard solutions on us as a number of other companies had that we approached. Whilst their pricing was broadly comparable with others (6 others) we felt that their technical knowledge was better without the high pressure sales approach. Unlike others they had sent a qualified surveyor round to have a look at our preferred roof and location for inverter and battery and this was greatly appreciated.

The installation commenced c. 6 weeks later and went smoothly. Their install crew were friendly and professional. There were some minor hold ups associated with equipment logistics but by and large it went well.

We have now been operating since May 2 and with Battery since the 10th May. May's sunshine hours have been pretty typical and so far we haven't had to import any energy from the grid. We are now looking to change our energy provider in order to benefit from what we do export and to accommodate an EV later this year via a dual tariff. The excellent App that came with the Sunsynk inverter is addictive and we're rapidly optimising our usage habits accordingly.

We would certainly recommend Dual Fuel Solutions to anyone looking to install a PV - Battery system.

The whole process was very good. Competitive pricing, and clear communications throughout. The installers, Adam, Gary and Wayne were excellent. Personable, knowledgeable and very competent. They worked quickly and did a great job.

6 months after my system has been installed and I still cannot get export payments because Duel fuel have failed after 2 attempts to provide the correct information to register my system to the national grid.

Great price for the package deal I was offered, also was clear how much it would be for extras like more panels or more battery storage, all fitted within 2 weeks of quote, low deposit and balance paid after we was happy with the work that was carried out. Given the time to think about purchasing without being hounded like other companies tried with us. Happy with the quality of work and product supplied. Fitters friendly and happy to answer questions we had. Overall I'd fully recommend dual fuel solutions and for people to take up the idea of solar.

Alan was great all the way through the sales/quoting process, he guided me through the options well and was very honest, he kept it simple too.

The team responsible for the installation (Solar panels, Batteries & Car Charger) had a great work ethic, attitude, and were very patient when it came to showing me how the system all worked.

Really happy with the fit that Dualfuel have just completed for us. Rich, Joe and Joe took pride in their work and made sure everything was just right before they were happy to leave. That went right down to clearing out gutters and sweeping under the scaffolding. Weather meant they started a bit later than planned as they had to finish off on another job. We had gales and rain whilst they were fitting here so they ended up competing the job on Saturday morning, but that didn't seem dampen their enthusiasm for doing a first rate job. Honestly, I don't think they could have been any more professional. 5 stars is well deserved.

Decided to go down the PV Solar & Battery route for our large family home. Contacted these guys following recommendation by a good friend. I have to say the service and attitude by all staff has been exceptional from my initial enquiry through to installation that was completed in 1 day (On Good Friday!) for the solar system, barrteries to follow due to delivery around easter and my requirement for an earlier install than orginally scheduled. Standard of workmanship excellent in all aspects, which is generally hard to find these days. Any queries I have had have been handled and answered without issue or delay. I would recommend this company if you are considering Solar for sure.

Really pleased with the whole process from the quoting stage to installation. Richard kept us in the loop from the beginning and the fitters were great, they carried out a first-class job during terrible weather. The aftercare is also there with Richard answering my endless questions.

Good communication from everyone involved very happy with all the work carried out. A bit poor after sales as not received hand over pack nearly 2 weeks after installation

The whole process takes time, its not like ordering from Amazon. the team were great and communicated well to me when i asked questions. The install was complete within a day and the guys putting the system in were first class. well worth the money.
