Extremely good price, great communications through pricing and installation. There was a delay on the batteries but that was the same for all companies. Overall very pleased, only using 4kw from the grid on sunny January days. This is going to be free electric in the summer. 8kW panels, 6kW inverter, 12.5kW batteries.

Really good experience from the initial sales call through to installation. The system is exactly what I wanted, and after using it for a few days now it's working exactly as I'd hoped... so very pleased with the system and the configuration of it. The installation team were great - really friendly and took the time to do a really neat job. Overall can't fault them at all and would 100% recommend them to anyone who's interested in a solar / battery installation!

Wouldn't deal with these guys again im afraid. Price was good and help from Lewis about 5 month after install to finally get batteries installed but was told a pack of lies by Kate (old employee now) regards batteries arrival and install. She Kept saying they were arriving and they didn't. Solar installed July then batteries finally fitted in October thanks to Lewis(sure his.name was). All that and we had to have a sub par model of battery which weren't quite as big or have as many discharge cycles.. and still had to pay the same!

the job was done in a very professional way. installation guy was very helpful, even when I lost my logins he help with restoring everything. the whole installation was done in less than one day.

The installation was carried out in a very professional manner by two excellent technicians, they knew their job well and were diligent in the execution.
The weather was extremely difficult at the time, but they handled it and got on with the job.
Only downside was a decision to pull them off of our job, due to weather. This decision backfired slightly, but that’s contracting!!
The system was up and running immediately on completion with no hitches.
Would certainly recommend this company based on my experience.

It is worth also saying that contact with all office staff was equally good and professional, even if at times responses were a little slow, but answers were always forthcoming.

Concise, always quick to respond or explain any difficult concept or issue surrounding the technical specs. Good neat, clean installation. Only one negative point - scaffolding left in place for 3 weeks.

The gentlemen that fitted the system were very polite and professional and answered your questions with ease.Nothing was to much for them and I am very pleased with the whole system.

Great pricing but need to work on communication with customer along the application process through to installation. Engineers installing were brilliant and deserve a bonus working through freezing temperatures and failing light levels. Very attentive to our questions.

Marion did a great job getting me the initial quote, and Richard answered my technical questions quickly.

I ordered in May 2022 and the installation was completed in January 2023. Longer than I hoped, but the delays are down to the DNO that aren't geared up to deal with the current demand. They delayed approving the G99 for close to 6 months and then required a Witness Test and additional equipment approvals. I had to chase Kate a bit for updates but that's really down to poor response times from the DNO. All of this was outside the control of Dual Fuel Solutions.

Sarah contacted me with the installation date in December, the scaffolding went up the day before and Joe and Callum arrived promptly on the promised day.

Despite the cold and rain, they worked through the day, installed the 16 panels, batteries, inverter and iBoost and were all done by 5pm. Excellent job, very smooth, neat and tidy. They were happy to explain what they were doing.

A week later, the DNO arrived with Richard, the witness test was completed and the system went live. Hopefully, now the witness test has completed, others will not incur such long delays.

Everyone at Dual Fuel Solutions provided really good service. I have no hesitation in recommending them.

Had an installation done for Solar Panels in August 2022 and still waiting for the batteries. Kept contacting them with empty promises.

I paid for my 6.5kW system with 10.4kWh battery pack and electric charger back in July 2022. Its now January 2023. Since taking my money, not once have they phoned me, i have had to chase at every turn. Not even an email to explain progress, but many supposed dates of install then silence and no news. I explained to them weeks ago if the install was still not complete by this day then I will start posting 1 star trustpilot reviews every day I remember until they are installed.

16 panel solar system with storage has been in now since Nov, Had a few teething problems with fox ESS app which was sorted promptly by fitter when informed (wasn't issue with install was on manufacturer end on app) since sorted no issues all working as should. Installation was quick and efficient. Lads who fitted were polite and very informative, definitely knew there stuff. I would definitely recommend this company.

So we had a 6.4kw solar panel system with Fox ESS hybrid 3.7kw inverter and Fox HV2600 10.4kw battery storage installed by Dual Fuel Solutions.
The process was quick and easy with a desktop survey completed. Now for a straight forward installation it’s a no brainier and keeps costs down. With ours, it was slightly more complicated, but I’ll come to that later.
So there has been some snags along the way which have been beyond anyone’s influence. Namely national battery shortages as everyone is looking to install battery systems currently. This was quickly overcome with a little patience and some faith on both sides and installation went a head this week (20th Dec)
Scaffolding was sourced locally to me in Somerset and was promptly erected around our barn conversion. Then Joe and Calum arrived to do the install. Both these lads were spot on and just cracked on with the job and were extremely neat and tidy in their work. Again we hit some snags along the way which were resolved by Joe with some thinking on his feet and getting additional resources when needed from local suppliers.
The survey whilst quick and effortless maybe could have benefited with an earlier site visit and walk through just to identify some issues that would have saved the guys time. That said they were here two solid days and worked none stop, apart from a stop to eat their complimentary sausage and bacon baps………
Overall very happy with the installation with the system up and running with me checking my app every five seconds. Slightly disappointed in the weather as I’m not seeing the joys of free energy quite yet. Although with what is being generated is helping to offset some of the running costs of the house.
So I would like to express my gratitude to Sarah, Joe and Callum for their work and for getting the system installed so quickly and efficiently. Already making recommendations to my neighbours who are looking for similar installations in the new year.
