Dubai Visas service was extremely excellent. Due to confusion with an airline providing visa that was a mistake, I was left confused on what to do. But Kate from Dubai Visas was very helpful and attentive to the problem I was having. She guide me the step by step solution to solve the issue during our consultation. Once the issue was resolved I proceeded to make the new visa with Dubai Visas and it was very quick, very clear communication. It makes all the hassle of visa process very smooth!!

Useless company
Useless company, to get a UAE visa for a thai citizen they want proof of residence in the UK or similar country, this is never mentioned before you pay and is not required by other Visa companies, paid for 5 days service after 7 days they didn't get a visa and didn't even apply due to this rule that other companies don't require.

To clarify, UK, EU, US, or any other developed country residency or even visit visa is a mandatory requirement for sponsoring visas.
During the application process, we specifically request proof of UK, EU, or similar residency/visa in order to proceed. In this case, the required documentation was not uploaded. As a result, the visa application could not be submitted.
We refute your stance that this was never mentioned as its clearly stated on our how it works page and can be seen here https://dubaivisas.co.uk/how-it-works
You were contacted via WhatsApp and email regarding the missing residency proof and informed that we could not proceed without it. We encourage all applicants to carefully follow the instructions provided during the application to avoid such issues.
Whilst we are still happy to sponsor you with a holding deposit, we believe this option was not of interest to you.
We are sorry that we were unable to assist on this occasion. You will be refunded in full.

I came across Dubai Visas while…
I came across Dubai Visas while searching for a travel agency to help me obtain a visa for Dubai, as I’m not the best at navigating all the details on application forms! 😂
Their website popped up during my search, and at first, I thought, “Let’s have a look.” Initially, I was a bit sceptical, so I decided to call and speak to someone directly,because that’s the only way I’d actually go through with applying. I got through to a friendly gentleman who reassured me that all I needed to do was submit my application, and they’d handle the rest.
I hesitated and got sidetracked, but later decided to give them a go. When I called again, I spoke to a lovely lady who repeated the same reassurance,just apply, and they’d take care of everything. So, I finally went ahead, filled out the application, and, as the old saying goes, the rest is history!
I’d definitely recommend Dubai Visas to anyone looking to visit Dubai, and I’m pretty sure they handle visas for other countries too. First-class service!

Clear 5 star experience
I work as a manager for a professional sports club. We had an emergency case regarding the visa with one of our players before our upcoming trip to Dubai. I applied for express visa with Dubai Visas and I was given a processing time of up to 2 days. The documents were provided and the fee was paid at 10:32. The visa was successfully confirmed at 17:07 even though our player is a passport holder of a country that has "a significantly high rejection rate" which was also presented to us before we paid for the fee by the team that was working on our case. My experience with this agency was exactly what 5 star experience looks like. So satisfied that I had to create a profile on this platform and leave a review.
