Scammers. Horrible, horrible person ‘Lyn’ which I don’t think is her real name. The whole website is fake.

We have used Dubai Visa’s twice now with complete satisfaction - we are a London family with myself being British born and my wife being a Pakistani national, although having grown up most of her life in Saudi Arabia - she lives with me in London on a UK residence permit of course. We are blessed with twin boys who were born in England and therefore British also. This is a typical modern family. Dubai Visa’s service is fast, courteous and effective and have obtained 60 day single entry visa for my wife twice now - easily and without fuss. I highly recommend the service.

It is a shame we are only allowed 5 stars, because I think they deserve many more. With less than 24 hours to go to my travel I realised that my British passport had less that 6 months to expire and therefore not valid to travel to Dubai for a long awaited and hugely anticipated trip with my family! Being a dual national, my only chance was to get a visa with my other passport. Imagine the desperation and panic! Then came along our hero Diane Pivoy travel consultant) who promptly responded to our call and patiently, sensitively and sympathetically dealt with all my neurosis and queries. Moreover she was honest throughout and gave a very realistic but sensibly conservative chance of success, never exaggerating or overpromising. She patiently kept in touch throughout the process, understanding my families anxiety that daddy may not be able to join them, and guess what???!! 12 hours later I had the visa in my hand and I made it to my flight. She may have underpromised but she most certainly over-delivered! :-) I cannot describe the joy and find the words to express my gratitude.
I would recommend them without hesitation.

They are the same scammers behind franceschengenvisa.co.uk too, I’ve left a review for it as well. It’s actually an Indian woman in Wembley pretending to be Jerry or Roger. They stole £229 from me for a Dubai visa and haven’t delivered for three months now.

They misspelled my name on the application and then claimed it was my nationality that was the issue and not the name! Then they had the audacity to send me a doctored PDF with the spelling fixed in English but because the scammers can’t read Arabic, that was still the same!

I was under extreme stress for a whole month and had to book a flight with Emirates and use their service to get a visa within a day! Do not waste your time and money! All of the positive reviews are paid for with new single review profiles.

I’m now disputing the transactions on PayPal and hopefully PayPal will issue a refund.
