1h45m late, no English, rental agency has complained about the cleaning
Multiple issues with this company:
1. They were almost 2 hours late. I specifically made sure to be at the apartment by 8 am, and the cleaners arrived at 9:45 am.
2. I booked the end-of-tenancy extra add-on on top of deep cleaning, and this is the email I got from my rental agency afterwards: "Unfortunately, the standard of cleaning wasn’t quite at the level we’d expect from a professional clean. There was still some dust under the bed ... As you know, the lease requires a professional clean to make sure the place is in good condition for the next tenants." that gives them the basis to withhold some of my deposit.
3. Over the phone, the manager couldn't explain the difference in service between the deep clean I initially booked and the end-of-tenancy extra add-on (+37 euros) that covers all the same areas the deep clean does; they vaguely mentioned that it is more detailed without clarifying the details. I paid the extra anyway to make the rental agency happy - it didn't help.
4. Their website claims "All our cleaners speak fluent English for perfect communication", but neither of the two cleaners who arrived spoke English.
The only good parts:
1. At least they arrived.
2. The receipt was provided the same day, but I still had to email them asking for it. The initial receipt didn't mention the paid "end-of-tenancy" add-on, so I requested it again, and they promptly replied.
