My 2nd time to purchase these lovely products. Excellent communication, one of my items were not in stock. A member of the team emailed to inform me, inform of the date produced would arrive in store and an offer of an alternative. When I had some questions around the alternative product the response was prompt. Excellent quality products. Will be a returning customer for many years to come.

I probably ordered at a bad time
I probably ordered at a bad time, given the storms that cropped up after I clicked the button, but I got a request to review *before* my articles had arrived. This did not make me feel well. I was also not given a tracking number, so I had no idea where my order was.
That said: I got a bunch of whole vanilla beans, they are vacuum sealed, and I am looking forward to using them in a myriad of ways.
