DublinTrends.ie - heated jacket
I ordered a heated jacket, which I recieved, eventually. The problem was that the size chart on Dublin Trends for this item was faulty. I ordered a large size which was shown as 100cm bust & waist measurment on their size chart, this would have suited as I did not want a tight fit. When the jacket arrived it only measured 94cm across the bust & waist. Dublin Trends have stated in emails top me that they will not exchange as they say the fault lies with my choice, they delivered what I ordered.
This is my worst online experience yet.

Electrical goods arrived with no English instructions and without a CE cert. The power cable does not comply with EU legislation.

I ordered a vapour hair straightener/dryer which took forever to arrive! When it did the dryer did not work properly and now doesnt work at all. They say I am outside the warranty period (have they heard of Christmas/delays due to Covid? (never mind that their own delivery was very delayed!!)
I WOULD NEVER DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY AGAIN

I ordered "Heat Resistant Gloves" and the photo on the main listing clearly shows a pair of gloves. The listing and title both refer to Gloves plural. I ordered what I thought were 2 pairs for my son and I to make candy canes. I received - after nearly 4 weeks - two single gloves. I asked for a refund and was told that the photo that shows when you order shows a single glove so I should have known.

This site is very craftily designed to stay just on the right side of fraud and take your money while delivering the bare minimum. I cannot recommend this site and will never use them again.

Guys these 5 star reviews are all fake! Skip to page two and three etc and read the comments! Definitely a scam page!

Appalling service. Ordered items two months ago and still no sign of them. Tracking numbers provided cannot be tracked. Will not use this company again

Ordered a Christmas present thinking they were delivered from Dublin which isn’t the case the goods are coming from China and could take weeks to arrive.This website is a scam don’t ordered from them they are tricking people with the name .They did reply through mail to say did u read our shipping policy it’s there that you will find out the goods are not coming from Ireland .They should have the estimated delivered date when your checking out but they want to trick you into think your ordering from Dublin. .They say they are based in Blanchardstown on the website but the phone are currently not operating because covid .Very convenient Avoid

I've been had, order a Santa Present on the 8th December and no trace, tracking or information and nobody to contact. Disgraceful.

I would not have ordered had I known the goods were coming from China. The website is very deceiving, I thought as the building was in Dublin 15 that the products were onsite! They definitely won’t be here for Christmas!

Terrible site posing as an Irish company that actually operates from China selling the same riff raff from wish at at least triple the price and now suspiciously has an influx of glowing reviews with speedy shipping..

How can there be two extremes...
One set of customers waiting excess of 5 to 6 weeks for delivery and then these what I can only assume are Bots, thanking the company for quick delivery?

If it was truly ''Dublin'' trends delivery would be expected within 2-3 business days.
Raging I feel duped.

This is not a Dublin company, the goods are being shipped half the way around the world, I ordered a gift for my granddaughter on 27 November & to date no sign of it, I was told with coronavirus shipping through several countries was very difficult, bla bla.I should have read all the shipping arrangements before I clicked buy, so it’s all my fault. I’ve checked on my order & there were no disclaimers leaping out at me over length of delivery time. This is a complete rip off. I since ordered the same item from a genuine Irish Company & it arrived in two days.
Do not use this company, they have a string of glowing reviews but look at them they are strangely similar the name are oddly bland.

How I wish I had read reviews before I ordered. Dreadful, like others I thought I was supporting an Irish company. Big mistake. I would not recommend this site.

This company is total rubbish. Drop-shipping at its absolute worst. Everything is coming from china and is badly made cheap muck...and travelling ridiculous routes around the globe to get here!!! I got caught out too! Believed this was a shop based in Dublin & I was supporting local business, it is not.
Ordered near two weeks ago & no delivery plus unable to track parcel. Kids will miss out on getting their gifts for Christmas it seems! Online shoppers please beware! Very annoyed!!

Posing as a dublin stock warehouse but relaying your order to china which means you'll be waiting . This site is misleading. I can order from china myself.

Ordered an item on November 25th. Generic email received to confirm order but no product received and no response to email. Another Company selling Chinese products while we have to wait 6/8 weeks for delivery🙁
