I love the shoes, but not the return
I love the shoes, but I don’t like return procedure. In all other webshops I can print return label from the site. This is the first shop in Europe where I had to pay for the label and shipping the goods back… while I am returning the shoe because size does not fit. I have 4 pairs already and I bought same size. So, it is not about me, but the sizes are not consistent. Duca should bear the cost…

Received my Duca Del Cosma golf shoes nicely in a premium box.
At the golf tee box my flight partners are watching at my beautifully crafted shoes. 'IT IS DEL COSMA ITALIAN DESIGN'.
The shoe grip very well on the tbox, fairway and green. Make my stance very stable and clean shot overtime.
Nice shoe the I bought another pair on 50% sale.

As usual I ordered size 37 ladies…
As usual I ordered size 37 ladies shoes, it was too small. I Requested an exchange for a size 38, but the fit of this shoe model was cramming my big toes. So I decided to cancel my order . And I was charged 6€+ for the postage.
All golfers know that golf shoes need to fit perfectly as you walked at least 4 Kilometers per round.
If this is your return policy I will never order golf shoes online in future.
I have been wearing Ducas since the 1970's and have lived the comfortable slim line moccasin shoes you produced then. I cannot understand why you stop producing them!

Outstanding customer service from Duca del Cosma
I recently had an issue with a pair of Duca del Cosma golf shoes I purchased in February 2025. A stitched panel had started to come away along the seam after a few months of use. I contacted their customer service team, and I was genuinely impressed by how quickly and professionally they responded.
Not only did they acknowledge the issue without hesitation, but they also arranged for a replacement pair to be sent out straight away. These have been the most comfortable and stylish golf shoes I’ve owned, and while I was initially disappointed by the fault, the way Duca del Cosma handled the situation has only strengthened my confidence in the brand.
Premium products and premium service, highly recommended.
