Easy quote, good clean.

Total rip off. Never put a vacuum or brush in any duct even when I asked them to show me how of was done. All they did was clean around the outlets in the roof. Had vacuum machines and air pressure macchine sucking power the whole time but did nothing with them. The charged over $100 to replace a filter I found on line for $25.00. OVER $400 for 8 Ducts. Totally embarrassed to let my self get ripped off so hard. Stay well clear of this mob. Tried calling back to sort out and never hear from them again. I will have to get them done again after seeing on YouTube what should have been done. GO SOMWWHERE ELSE AND SAVE YOURSELF THE GRIEF

My experience with Gary was good, overall. He explained everything and was very thoroug with the cleaning process itself He took time to clean the ducts and was even able to spot a break in the ducts.

I would have given 5 stars and my real score is really (3.5) , if he was a bit more careful about not scratching our brand new dishwasher, which is only a week old. It was an accident and he was very apologetic and ended up giving
a discount (I would appreciate a discount too, if we do end up getting them for the next repair/service).
This company is so far, very good and honest. They just need to be more careful when working in smaller spaces. The edges of the machine are sharp and if care is not given, your house will end up being scratched. I also had to remind him that the tiles of the bathroom could be scratched. Maybe moving forward, bring some mats, etc to place everything so nothing gets scratched.

Also, the sink was left dirty and there was some dust left in the hallway. A clean would have been nice before he left, as is the norm. He had also placed his small bag to charge on top of our cologne perfume area in the sink, without consulting me, and left the bottles not even back up.

I would recommend them. You just have to make sure they are careful when there is not enough space to maneuver. I leave this review for the improvement of the company, as I would like to continue to support them.
