Excellent Service at a competitive price
I called for a quote to have all my ducts replaced as I had random hot spots under the floor and when you looked down the original vents you could see they were a bit rusty.
DuctMates were excellent to deal with! I explained my needs and had a quote emailed to me within the hour. As part of the quote gave me install date options. The quote was exceptionally competitive.
The crawl space in my house is very small, but the installer was able to manoeuvre around under there and did so without complaint. I now have a fully functional heating system. The ducts blow actually more evenly than before as well.
I couldn't be happier with the work completed by DuctMates, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to friends or family and will definitely be contacting them should I need duct work done again in the future.

Could be a bit better..
Not the cheapest in town, but they did a decent cleaning of my ducts. Although, they did miss out on cleaning part of my air-conditioning split system, they were quick to return to finish the job another day. The technician who was assigned to do the job was knowledgeable and very informative about how he is cleaning the ducts. I also expected feedback regarding upgrades to my system which was not forthcoming until I had to remind them. The reply back was slightly underwhelming than expected. Overall a decent experience and will hope to have a better experience next time if I do engage them again.

Highly recommend!
Ductmates we’re recommended by the guy that services our heating unit. They were very quick, clean and thorough. Showed us photos of everything before and after. We were very surprised by how much build up there was in the ducts as the system was only a few years old. Can tell ducts are now working much more efficiently. Will definitely use them again in the future to keep the ducts clean and well maintained.

Installed extra heating duct.
Installed extra heating duct in solid wooden boards. Worked non stop and cleaned up afterwards. Gary was also very polite and good natured, despite having to work in a very confined space.

Happy with Duct Mates
Had the complete ducting system replaced to 4 outlets including supply and return ducts to the furnace. Price was good Gary did a great job. A friendly hard working guy. Job completed in a day and old ducts taken away. Would however, recommend an onsite quote rather than a phone quote to avoid any confusion. Duct Mates recommended.

Professional, trustworthy, prompt service. Had our ducts cleaned for the first time. Ductmates were recommended to us for doing a thorough clean and we weren’t disappointed. The system is much more efficient and the dust in our home has reduced. Only wish we had done it sooner!
