The dudley council have been to court and jailed

I have Emailed several times. With No reply from Dudley council
The graveyard at St James church (Eve Hill) wolverhampton rd/ The parade. Dudley
The grass cutting is very good around the graveyard ,apart from the back
For some reason the operatives ate not cutting certain areas. This is resulting in large weeds growing...They have the machinery Hedge trimmers. ,trimmers etc but they just drive around on a lawn mower..There are no graves or headstones under and around these weeds. Sooo they can use trimmers and cutters .but they do not. It looks unsightly and they are very near. Graves which are looked after by relatives
Why after several Emails regarding this small but important issue to relatives of the deceased are Dudley council ignoring the Emails. Not replying to Emails. And living the weeds to grow..its a 5 minute job to strip the weeds when rhe grass in the graveyard is being cut by a motorised mower..it cannot be financial and it cannot be staff shortage as rhe Employee is there already cutting the grass on a motorised mower Is It Laziness on the Employers part. ..?

Human excrements taken over every footpath in the Dudley town. The council no longer pick up human excrements! (The council litter picker with a pony tail just walked pass and ignored). I was walking from the Kings street to High street via Rutland Passage, terrible!!

Beware where you walk about.

Absolutely disgusting how they treat people, within a week of the next-door neighbour's husband passing, they tried to evict the wife from a 2-bed house without any grieving time just because they wanted space for a family to move in they also did not install the disabled bathroom until after he had passed which made it useless to be done!!!

corrupt and useless.....the whole entire council is a complete shambles.....too busy spending money on flashy trips instead of making dudley a better place for its people......they don't follow policies deal with complaints or solve asb......one thing they love to do is drag things out for as long as they can......remember the council all work together and they are all as bad as each other......I am ashamed to call them my local council

Terrible customer service , person who answered half heartedly did not want to help and sounded like she did not enjoy her job !! Waste of time

Dudley council are totally useless, keep sending me rates for a property i’ve never owned. Tried to contact on numerous occasions what a waste of time 🕰️…….

I contacted Dudley MBC to see if it was possible to get a grant for a stairlift.
I was told that I would need to have an assessment done and would be contacted by one of the assessment team.
I have stage 4 cancer that has spread to my bones, cannot walk far without wheelchair assistance My sight is very limited and I fear for my safety when climbing up the stairs.
Having contacted the housing team I have now been told that I will have to wait 12 months before someone comes out to make an assessment.
What an absolute disgrace.
Lets hope this terminal illness I have manages to let me be around for the assessment when it happens.

To the CEO Mr Kevin O'theif, the extremely fraudulent use and waste of tax payers money to the sum of £400000 demonstrates how totally corrupt and vile the CEO Mr Kevin O'keefe and his council officials are. How dare they strip our services to a bare minimum, while familys and children are going hungry and struggling due another 5 per cent increase in council tax complied by the cost of living crisis. While he wastes our community's hard earned tax revenues on a trip to France for himself and his cronies at all our expense while attempting to prevent the information from becoming public knowledge is absolutely disgusting and criminal. Let's see if he offers any of the ex care leavers who have significant complaints upheld regarding Dudley MBC failures surrounding being abused while in its care, lack of education, failure to assess children with disabilities and placing them into inappropriate accommodation. Let's wait and see if the council offers those individuals a remedy which reflects the injustices caused as a result of the council failings.

Perhaps the national audit office should be investigating the accounts immediately !.

Nasty staff.poor attitude eventually when you get through.no help what so ever. Phone hangs up half the time.

I had the unfortunate experience of having to deal with Dudley ASB Team.

They destroyed my relationship, disrupted my studies devastated my finances all while leaving me to be harassed and stalked by neighbour.

After taking over 2 years not addressing the issue and realising mistakes were made they decided to ignore my letters of complaint. After this the assistant manager contacted departments they don't work in and stated not to reply.

The ASB Team does not accept accountability in any sense if the word when a mistake is made. Dudley MBC in regards to this stated they do not address health or religious issues. This Im sure would affect a person's human rights.

The one star rating was given because its not possible to give a minus rating

If Harley hadn't agreed to Clarks proposal to send the ceo on a fun filled booze up holiday at our expence then we wouldnt be in this mess
Why should we have to pay for their mistakes are these 2 fools right for the job can we see the audit report to see what these 2 tories have done with tax payers money!

I personally can only say good things about Dudley Council… We have lived in Brierley Hill for the last four years and have had nothing but good service from them… I have already commented on their great garden team… I should now like to commend the brilliant people that helped me in their Access Team… Namely the lovely Rebecca Novak, the equally lovely Charlotte and their great workman Stuart who did a wonderful job and left everything spick and span behind him… All of them went the extra mile for us and we could not ask for better service… There was also a man in their main office Dominic who helped us greatly when we had a problem with Severn Trent Water… He also went the extra mile… I do know that people are quick to criticise Dudley Council if they think they have done something that they do not agree with but why don’t they commend them for the things that they do get right…

This so called council is actually a private company that has multiple trading names. They rent a room at the local court and print their own liability orders that have about as much power as a milk monitor. Then they send goons at all hours to kick your door in for council tax.

don’t do anything about asb racist neighbours or help those with mental health issues dealing with this move or evict the person causing nuisance

From a DWP Doctor of all professionals you wouldn't expect to be referred to Adult Social Services & Safeguarding, this was also done by my own GP and once by my daughter without my knowledge, I Have recurrent depressive disorder usually 11 months out of 12 with the odd little respite periods making up the other month over the 11, plus I have high functioning Autism, a social worker turned up one day (A couple of years ago now and this still goes around in my mind) took a look t my poor living conditions, asked some basic questions the informed me that and I quote "I have seen worse than you! you should be giving back to society, I'm going to sign you off our records" then promptly left, I'll never forget this quote, was left feeling belittled, confused & sank into a very low state, obviously I was not worthy of any help? for 3 people to refer concerns 2 of which are professionals of health & well being and the net result being nothing! wow! I worry for for all those struggling in a similar boat, the person sent obviously has no experience in mental health disorders or neuro diversity and how that can affect the life of someone who has them, meanwhile everything is still the same and the struggle continues.

Again not collected the recycling happens so often now. Will not bother anymore shall just put in black bag from now on. Also had to have a new ceiling in kitchen as roof was leaking. Took out insulation as gone black and moldy in that was 5 months ago. Still not been back to put insulation back In loft waste of time put on heating as got straight out the roof. All staff need to be sacked and replaced like all the councilors do

sadly, their customer service team is poor. however, once you get past these sometimes tardy uninterested people you can get somewhere and see a good outcome.
for example i found the trading standards lady excellent, and the lady who dealt with a dog problem was brilliant.
however, the housing dept. are poor and indifferent. the girl we spoke to today was rude, not bothered and very much like a laughing hyena.
