Poor Poor Poor, communication about the new rubbish collection has been very badly done. Put the right bins out and they still don’t bother to empty them. And they Rip us off for this.

Dudley Council were pathetic and…

Dudley Council were pathetic and ineffective in supporting our special needs daughter (who has highly complex needs) and her family when we relocated from Dorset to Dudley in August 2018. She/we waited 8 months before the council finally provided any tangible support. Even then, it was ourselves who sourced/identified the residential SEN school she has attended since (late April 2019) and she/we would have waited even longer for that support had we not chased the heads of services to agree funding. In addition, the Children's Learning Disability Team then lied in documents submitted to a court in 2020 concerning a child arrangement case. Reprehensible and disgusting behaviour from a God awful council.

Review says it all

In a world full of evil, human slavery, child exploitation, war, famine, floods, pestilence and rising crime rates its nice to see your priorities are in order sending rats out to scour the area looking for the ultimate offenders... Cigg butt droppers.

There was a time I'd get a black bag and clear up all the crap people drop around my home and forever picking glass up, something I'll not bother doing in future.

No grace, no mercy and if you tell me you've never dropped anything I'll call you a liar.

I hope you all get the same Karma and lack of mercy whenever you break speed limits or happen to drop anything.

It's little wonder society has a growing hatred of authority.

Sad to say but I totally understand why a traffic warden was beaten up alum rock a while back... Although I'd never encourage violence it cheered me up for some reason.

I understand the need to keep order but to specifically walk round surreptitiously looking for the easy pickings and raising revenue the way you do is sickening.

All the decent staff you have get tarnished with the same brush... A chain is only as strong as the weakest link and you have a lot of weak links.

You've lost all respect from me and I hope you get your comeuppance for the sneaky sly way you target the people you do.

Does Not Resolve Antisocial Behaviour!

Experienced terrible antisocial behaviour from one of my neighbours while I was a tenant with Dudley Council.

It was on the grounds that I'm Jewish (basically because I'm not related to anyone in the area). One of my neighbours didn't like it. I was harassed, had piles of rubbish thrown onto my garden and even had duct tape put across my door. I complained to the council multiple times and the response was basically "prove it."

I was in the property all of six months and I had enough, I was driven to giving up the tenancy. However, Dudley Council had no sympathy, and said that because I'd given up my tenancy, they weren't going to re house me for another FIVE YEARS.

I moved back in with my parents for two years, and after hopelessly trying to reason with Dudley Council, approached another landlord. Thankfully they helped me, and I am now housed. However, it has meant that I've had to move out of area. I am not living close to my family.

Would give no stars if I could! Certain areas of Dudley are full of inbreeds and if you aren't somebody's cousin, watch out!

why do we bother!

I am nearly 50 and have lived around the midlands and never had a problem with a local authority until now, moved within this borough 2 years ago.
I have since moving in completed three forms for the electoral register.
The first two have been lost, the third was completed with a man on the doorstep who had visited to ask why I hadn't filled one in...grrr!
3 months later I receive a letter to ask if I could post highly confidential i.d. documents to them so they could verify who I was.
Needless to say I will not as they cannot keep track of their own documents let alone mine. Even though they don't want me to vote, I feel certain the council tax bill still appear.
