My first time buying from Duifhuizen
I ordered 2 luggage in the same day (afternoon and evening). The first one arrived in two days the other one arrived four days later. I also have a problem with tracking system (Hermes Germany GmbH). Although I got its in time but I should be informed that the second luggage will be late (because I ordered in the same day!)

I still did not receive my parcel but it's a fault of Fasway couriers, which is the worst service I've ever have. They ignore all my messages and communications from the sender .
Customer Care Duifhuizen bags&travel is excellent: we are in touch on daily basis and they do everything to organize delivery.
It's a pity that I cant buy my favorite brand Gigi Fratelli bags in Ireland.
I really appreciate Customer Care Duifhuizen bags&trave effort.

Sorry to see the package still was not delivered yet! Off course we will check it out and inform you by e-mail what is going on. When the courier says something else then what they do, we cannot be held responsible, but off course we assist as best we can. I am calling our shipping partner PostNL to ask if they can see what the courier Yodel is doing.
