I ordered a suitcase in October and…

I ordered a suitcase in October and everything went fine. The issue comes with their loyalty program "passport points" which after you wait 30 days to receive you are unable to exchange them.
They metion you should be able to change these points for products but it's impossible.
I have been in contact with the customer service for almost two months, via whatsapp, calls and emails requesting them to either fix this, or make the adjustment/shipment manually, but didn't succeed.
They keep saying it is fixed now but still doesn't work.
It's a bit disappointing that they are advertising exclusive advantages and offering a loyalty program, while they are unable to meet their end.

Hidden return costs

Instead of the advertised 4.95 EUR, I had to pay 8.95 EUR to have my return insured. Otherwise, the potential loss of the return would have been my responsibility.

The company tries to shift its operational costs to consumers. I wish the return conditions were advertised before the transaction. Otherwise all good.

Only order here when you are not in a hurry

Unfortunately I never received my package and the seller wants me to contact the delivery company (even though the tracking system clearly states the article has not been delivered) which is quite the world upside down. Although I specifically mentioned the urgency of my order the company didn’t take any remediating action.
