Debit card SCAM
Terrible bank with terrible support.
They charged over EURO 20 for a debit card and monthy fees and then decided to cancel it without a refund. Of course they blame the card company for canceling the service as usual. They are now asking clients to pay for a new debit card. Imagine repeating such SCAM with all their clients !! What a shameful way of making money.

Great experience and customer support
I have been using the platform for a few months now and I am extremely satisfied with the quality of it. I mostly use jforex for forex trading and I have nothing to complain about it. Customer Service has always been speedy and friendly with all my question. I certainly hope to stay with them for a very long time.

Hey, tradres, I'm enjoying dukascopy platform from last 17 days, i heard about dukacopy from one of traders from youtube, now coming to the point, you don't need tradingview premium, everything Dukascopy jforex platform have, like backtesting software, seconds timeframe, layouts, correct data [ tick by tick], but still there is a lack of some advance tolls, which trading own but dukascopy don't have, and best part is that you make own script of indicator in java sript, like in trading view we use pine editor for indicator script. here too indicator galary have you can make your own tolls

Good platform but can't recommend for stocks
Trading forex for many yrs now, this is in my favorite platform, easy to use and intuitive. It's just another thing that really bothers me: ridiculous stock commission policy. 1 penny per share might look like a very good commission except it is NOT, it's rather a deception if you have me to buy 1k-shares to actually apply that. I want to trade small, especially at the beginning but it doesn't make sense: the minimum commission is $10 per side, i.e. a whopping $20 PER TRADE. Forget about scalping stocks and with competition @ 35 cents per trade, sorry, it's just a rip-off. I will never trade stocks with Dukascopy again unless this absurd policy changes, in the meanwhile I could try some competitor even with a lesser platform so, please, think about it.

Unusual, short charge back time limit
They don't accept charge back past 30 days from the transaction. Industry standard is 120 days. Visa's guidelines is also 120 days.

I have enjoyed the experience in the platform making Backtesting so far. It has intuitive graphics with helpful tools like Fibonacci Retracement, Fibonacci Extensions and Stochastic that make my job easier while practicing my trading strategy.
I'm considering to open a real and multi currency account.
However, I'd like there were other helpful tools like a Risk/Profit Ratio box to make this trading platform more powerful.

As we have informed you, it would have been possible to accept the payment if the sender would have had opened an account Dukascopy to confirm the payment, which never happened and confirmation was never received.
As we have mentioned in earlier conversations that Dukascopy does not accept any deposit to/from 3rd parties without any additional clarification
As no clarification was received from your side upon our request the account has been closed, as for the rest of the funds on your account- they are available upon your request, all you need to do is fill out the withdraw form and we will start the process

The bank is ok but the app is not
The bank is ok. The trading platform is so so only. Not very intuitive nor powerful. Responsivenes is random, and it aways eats all available system memory, and it always skips some candles on the chart. I'd not recommend.
