I am always excited and well satisfied with the level of service I receive from the bank. While all being DIY the level of human support is impeccable, always conducted in a professional, clear and timely manner.

I have a trading account and a multi-currency bank account with Dukascopy. I have no complaints about JForex, although I wished their IT was a bit quicker in ironing out software bugs. Their bank, however, is comical. It took me over six months to have the standard limit of USD 8,000 increased to a higher amount as I was expecting some money from selling a house in Central Europe. Six months, three or four chats with my account manager, and approximately 15 in/outbound emails! When the approval was finally given, I had a more significant amount transferred to my account with Dukascopy a few weeks later. When they saw the inbound transfer, they started asking me for documentation, which I had already submitted over the previous six months. It's almost like they don't keep records, or perhaps they stored it in the wrong drawer. How a bank can be that slow and disorganised while still complying with Swiss banking regulations is a mystery to me.

Update 21/04/24:
Dukascopy asked me to send them the details. I did on 7/3/24 and never heard from them again, which sort of proves my point. Never mind; the platform and fee structure are quite alright, and I don't have much interaction with their customer service.

Very fast service, and available agents 24/7 working on the satisfaction of the customer, I’ve used a lot if bank services but this is the best experience So far i just love it thanks to the customer care

I needed an account to put my money in cuz i was leaving my country going to Swiss, they said that they will confirm my account in 2-3 days it took them 32 days and I'm still waiting i provided them every document they want so they confirm I'm a student ... poor services .

The bank was fair and the app was easy to use. The bank was well regulated and I believe the money will be well protected.
However!
Their service was totally unacceptable! I’m not annoyed with their refusal to my wire transfer-I can understand this transfer is suspicious to them, however, during 3 weeks they asked me for totally same documents for five times, and they never proceeded until I enquired. They never listened to you. They never work until you tell them to.
So use this bank only if you believe you have nothing to talk with custome service team.

Dukascopy Great bank and broker ive been with them around 6 or 7 years and didnt face any big problems ,, they have good spreads and the commisions are good as well ,, and finally they have good contests Real and Demo both .

SCAM Broker, Cannot withdraw the money out. Asks various files to prove you are yourself! Totally a SCAM broker!

Tried to send money from my rain account to a friend, it’s been more than a week and they keep asking me to clarify why I’m send him money, I would understand if it was a huge amount, but at just over 3000usd it’s not. These guys are just jokers. Impossible to work with. I will be closing all accounts with them.

I am using this for backtesting purpose only so far. It is excellent but would love to see improvements such as the risk reward ratio with tp sl entry combined like tradingview has. Another part is if you traded in the backtest, closed the software, and continue the next day, the data from the day before disappears and you won't see when you generate the report. So hoping the software gets updated to be even more user friendly with better features so it is more usable in the future

I am not familiar with many trading platforms; I only know MT4 and MT5. However, I find Jforex to be the best among them. The major downside is its inability to display the trading history within the platform, unlike MT4 and MT5. One must log into the website to view their trading history, but even this is not particularly helpful. It would be greatly beneficial if Jforex incorporated performance measurement tools similar to those on myfxbook.com. Considering that Jforex claims to be a proprietary trading platform, it is surprising that it lacks a performance check feature. However, this didn't bother me much.

Great service . Deposit and withdrawals are super fast. I received my swift transfer in 3 hours .
They just have to increase their quarterly limit of 4,000 USD to maybe 8,000 USD.

JFOREX4 - Dukascopy is the best trading platform

I have been with them over 3 yerars. Incoming and outgoing transfers competed without a glitch. Never had an issue with withdrawals. Prices are fair and orders are executed promptly if the prices hit your target or stop.
Dukascopy is a real professional broker.
