Amateur hour. Avoid.
Really wanted to do business with them. Substantial amount of money. Initially took them a while to get back to me, after registering. Then, after uploading the required documents - no response whatsoever, it has been several weeks now. I lost a substantial amount of money, the exchange rate went in an unfavorable direction.
Not recommended.

Fantastic experience - transparent and simple
I have had nothing but a fantastic experience. Seth and the team have been very engaged and provided an excellent service. The offering is very competitive and provides the benefit of a single rate applied to fx transactions large or small. This means I can build strategies for transfers without the added complexity of value based sliding scales.

After I signed up originally
After I signed up originally, I could not go further to complete the process. I was contacted via e-mail almost immediately on how to finish the sign up. The requirements for Dunbridge were not too onerous but my own limitations created problems. They continued to help me get through these issues and I know I will be successful. The staff have been extremely helpful. Let the savings begin.

As a US citizen, converting and transferring Canadian funds was simple
As a US citizen, I sold our lake property in Canada but for various reasons had trouble transferring the proceeds to the US without exorbitant fees on both ends. Enter Dunbridge Financial. Andrew made the process painless, walked me through every step and eliminated all but a nominal conversion and transfer fee. Once funds were transferred to Dunbridge, they were deposited in US funds in my US account within 1 Business day. Can't say enough good things about Dunbridge Financial, their system and their employees. Thanks for being there for me.

Better than my bank
Excellent service and better yet keeping so much of my money that I would have "given" to the bank to do a relatively simple process. Even as a premier client with my bank, they are no where near as competitive.

Top notch customer service. Andrew went above and beyond to help me on several occasions Seth is excellent as well. The Dunbridge Financial money conversion system is very efficient and provides very competitive exchange rates (the best that I could find). I highly recommend Dunbridge Finacial.
