I am dealing with Seth Harvey at Dunbridge Financial and am so grateful for his excellent service! From opening my account to trading to transferring of funds, the process was clearly described to me and the delivery of service efficient and reliable each time. I also greatly appreciate being advised regularly of the good exchange rates and the care to see me get the best possible rate! I was contacted a few days after requesting to open an account and the process was really fast (I did have all my documents prepared in digital form ahead of time). Andrew is very clear and quick to respond - I was able to make my first international wire without paying outrageous bank fees within 24 hours of getting my account set up. My beneficiary received it on the 3rd business day. I’m happy with this and look forward to continuing to work with Dunbridge.

Received a phone call from your representative while at a dr.’s appointment. I requested a return call in 30 minutes. This representative agreed to call back but failed to do so. Therefore I made a $90,000 currency exchange with OFX. Two days later another Dunbridge representative contacted me by phone. You snooze, you lose!

Customer service wise, I had a great experience with Sean and Andrew available at a phone call.

Service wise, I had a bad experience. The issue is, I am a newbie to converting from 1 currency to another, and I asked Dunbridge to place a limit order for my trade. The thing that was NOT clarified to me was that the rates need to hit my limit rate + their commission. I thought similar to stocks, the trade will execute. The trade did not execute at my limit price due to above issue, and I lost a few thousand dollars as I had to then convert at a lower rate.

I’d definitely recommend using Dunbridge. It was simple to register and they were very responsive. The rate turned out to be better than other quotes I received and I really appreciated their focus on service. The main thing I look for when making transactions.

It took you too long to get back to me after I registered, and by that time I had to complete the transaction. So I did get a good rate elsewhere. I have no idea how good or bad you guys are, but you ought to be a lot more responsive. Taking 5 days to get back to someone after they register their interest has to be costing you a lot of potential business.

We were in need of transferring a large sum of money abroad. Because of the size of the transfer the exchange rate was extremely important to us as a few cents can cost thousand of additional dollars. The banks typically give an exchange rate that benefits them alone and will cost you thousand when executed. No so with Dunbridge Financial. The Dunbridge team were absolutely wonderful and a pleasure to work with. They set us up quickly on their platform and helped us with every step of the process, including providing us insight as to where the market might be headed so that we were able to make an informed decision about when to perform the exchange and for how much.

This team is very accessible and responded to our questions quickly to put all of our fears to rest. Email, text, phone call - they were responsive when I needed them to be. When the exchange executed the money settled quickly and they even assisted us with setting up our outbound beneficiaries.

This is an exchange platform with a personal touch. Something that was very much appreciated. It is easy to get nervous about moving money abroad but this team of experts made it feel as if they were with me every step of the way. I will consistently use them for all of my exchange needs. I can highly recommend them to anyone looking to exchange money for foreign transfers.

Easy to sign up an great customer support

I used Dunbridge to transfer funds internationally because of a distribution from an international estate due to a death in the family. The process was seamless and easy, and the principals helped me directly. Will definitely use them again!

Excellent Opportunity

The process is convoluted. I signed up about 4 or 5 days ago, can't even remember, just to wait for someone to call me. Why can't verification be done online like other websites. No one still called me.
