I filled in a contact form on their website to get support with an issue with my landlord. 3 days later, I had still not heard back from them, so I decided to call them directly to have an update.

The person I had on the phone was very cold, unfriendly, and did not explain things clearly. After looking at the contact form I submitted, she told me that there was no capacity to take on new landlord harassment cases.

While I can understand this, I told her that it would have been nice to let me know much sooner instead of keeping me waiting for nothing. She gave a vague explanation about annual leave in the team, and showed absolutely no empathy.

What an unprofessional way to treat someone was is already struggling because they are a victim of harassement...

The worst so-called solicitor in the uk! Lorick Winarskie Lie's and make's false promises needs investigating by the SRA deliberately took over 3 years to make the eviction over the time frame!
Probably fabricate more lie's to have the review removed

They advertise expertese that they dont have and then dont bother to even be polite or helpful therefore its a one. Update I responded to customer services and they're on leave...... Why invite me then ???? Hopless

No call back in over a week. Was told call back within 24-48hrs as flagged with relevant team a urgent, but 11 days and 3 chaser calls later still no contact.

My barrister Mandy Shaw..Mockery screamed at me right infront of a judge named Bugg🚪🐗💩I demanded for her to defend me as it were my childhood but she made it sound lame. My solic Mohan Surdhar just kept coring and fearing🐩bubbling from oth but they didn't even give me time to explain🐩they _utterly_ entertained blackmail🐩they cunningly entertain every harrowing yup to cun 🐗
(The last hearing was the 24th May 2024)
I was abused by a cop (Pc Hussain) at my home and he shoved me into a lift and started goosing on me (placed himself between my bottom) for me it were near rape & I am trying to prosecute him for harming me via 23rd Feb 2024 and they placed cuffs on me and moved them SOO wringing I have photos of the marks of them wringing and they smirk! they appalled me they instructed Barnet (when I didn't even speak) to throw me into a mental home af and I were not ill. Right before, I had had a bad*mare and my mother made it out for the mockery to cops who I had called and who brought Pc Hussain. I were thrown in Cygnet mental home by Barnet hos and I ne'er told Cygnet a thing about Hussain or the bad mere. I ne'er told Duncan Lewis I will ne'er forgive. Me the cops just HAte mere.
In regard to Duncan, I will ne'er turn to them again or to ear.🚪JBugg has completely believed i'm ill and i'm not. My mother made up I hallu. Cygnet bought the total lie.
They are all SO ILL!!
