Horrible "Solicitors" - Fake 5 star reviews aswell, if you want to lose whatever case you're facing, use these idiots that can barely speak English but apparently they're "qualified"

I honestly cannot recommend Duncan Lewis enough. Incredibly helpful and professional. I really feel supported by Sophie Jensen. She takes her time to always update me at anytime, explain things very thoroughly whilst being friendly and professional and I never feel judged. I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better solicitor, she really made a stressful situation much easier to navigate and I really think that was due to her friendliness and understanding approach.

I am a local doctor and called the local branch of Duncan Lewis solicitors to see if we could set up an initial chat to discuss a possible civil case affecting our practice. The receptionist took minimal details, mainly focussing on how much money would be involved (to which I honestly explained I am not sure and that is one of the reasons I wanted to discus the matter with a solicitor), did not listen to me, and I am confident that she did not take anywhere near enough information to reasonably summarise the case to her solicitor colleague. She put me on hold whilst she said that she would go to speak to solicitor, and then came back to me about 1 minute later stating that they don't take 'these cases', and that I could speak to the Law Society. I pointed out politely that I did not consider that I had been listened to, but was given short shrift. I found the experience to be very poor.

Tayyab Syma was a compassionate person who gave me honest advice and presented all the evidence with a professional image in court. I had a positive experience from beginning to end and believe this is one of the best solicitor I’ve ever worked with.”

1)how was your case handled? It was amazing, just he interviewed me so many times, even if language barrier is one problem he solve all problem and help me very well. He called me, emailed me in each aspect of my case. I was told him everything about me and he recorded it all as I wanted. He took every information from me and organize it. He said to me don't hesitate to contact me, so I contacted him by email and phone. So it was amazing lawyer handling my case in the right way.

Emma newton at Duncan Lewis has been absolutely amazing, informative, calm and very supportive throughout my family court proceedings. She has been there through everything, reviewing evidence, advising and supporting me through the important fact finding stages and providing bundles for the courts. I feel very informed and supported throughout my decisions in protecting my children and myself from harm. I cannot thank you enough, truly from the bottom of my heart.

Duncan Lewis took on my case when every other firm I contacted turned it down, possibly because it was so small and wouldn't generate a lot of fees. Despite the low fees, Paige Evans dealt with my case professionally, spent time reviewing the information and dispensed advice effectively. I was able to recover my monies from my bank quickly when it would have taken much longer as I live in Laos, a country with poor postal system and the bank requesting all correspondence by post.
