I ordered my Kuando lights from Duplex as it was easier and cheaper than going to the manufacturer. They arrived well packed and in a timely manner as promised.

The service has been excellent, good communication throughout and my contact, Katie, really went above and beyond to get my spare parts to me on what was, honestly, a very small order. If I could have given more stars, I would have.

Some of the best customer service I’ be had in a long time.

I had an issue that in the end turned out to be user error, filled in their contact form and was quickly called by Duplex to try to sort it out. They then sent out a tested replacement product on next day delivery to prove where the issue was. After working out that it was my error there have been no problems sorting out returns etc.

Based on this I’d thoroughly recommend using Duplex. Well done!

It took quite a while to get the delivery but I assume is because the factory was not shipping: once the item was confirmed to be available the delivery was very punctual

We've used Duplex a few times now for headsets and webcam requirements in our School. Their prices are extremely competitive and the service is always fantastic. Deliveries always arrive next day as promised. Shout out to Katie who is always super efficient in responding and managing our account.

I recently placed a very small first order for replacement headset earpads with Duplex Corporate Communications. My order was placed quite late in the day, and I received it very early the next day.

Even though it was a very small order, Katie and her colleagues organised everything for me within minutes of contacting them.
The online web chat worked flawlessly, where many companies similar systems have led to nothing but frustration and disappointment.
I cannot praise the company highly enough; I cannot recall ever having received better customer service than they provided even though my order was very small. No other company has ever come close to them in my opinion.

It is all too common for companies to promise to look into something and call back, only for that to never happen….not the case with this company, and that in itself means a great deal to me.

Not only were they very efficient at dealing with the order, but when I had a follow up issue, they pro-actively provided a solution without me having to request it.
