Disappointed
Disappointed. Ordered wrong size batteries for my olympus camera delivery was great but returns policy very difficult. Can't use Royal Mail, Can't use Evri (who delivered them) can use UPS at a price exceeding the battery prices.
Won't use again! £33 down!!!

Purchased a battery for my Macbook Pro…
Purchased a battery for my Macbook Pro - three years later and it's swallen up, and is unusable / unsafe to use.
Contacted DuracellDirect, They offered some advice, but essentially wanted to sell me another battery. I asked their service department (Angela Barbiere) what a reasonable timeframe for their batteries to last and they replied with "on average, our batteries to last 2-4 years" - Yes, TWO YEARS... I thought "wow, these batteries are not good value for money" And not only that, they turn in a unsafe state.
