Bad quality , untrustworthy , no reply after I issued a complaint
Purchased 3 Main Battery Pack 10.8V 5200mAh, all of them had the connection defformed after the first usage. First I would accept it was my fault, but the 2 others I made sure I doing everything correctly and gently , still the same. Still 2 batteries work , the last one (one I had been extra gently because of previous experiences) didn't work. I followed all the procedures and nothing works. Contacted the support and they don't reply to me even after 1 week ... Terrible , not a decent company ...

Great buying experience, although should have MBWay payment option for Portugal
It was easy to find the article I was looking for, good prices and the experience was great.
One suggestion for payment options is to add MBWay (Portuguese mobile payment system associated to bank account) at a future date.
