We had solar panels installed. The installation was quick and clean. The company stayed in touch at all times and provided guidance and support throughout the whole process. For example, how to apply for a sustainability loan, how to register with the grid operator and how to maintain the panels after installation.

Update: problem has been solved

I asked Duranet to install solar panels at our house. The communication before the installation was good. However, on the date of installation, the appointment was cancelled due to bad weather. This I understand, but I wasn't informed of the cancellation, and took a day off work for nothing. So, we made a new installation date several weeks later, it arrived, however, the solar panels did not, and had to be delivered later. The installation went well and was done in a day. 10 days ago my solar panels stopped working. I've repeatedly contacted the customer service, and have been told several times that my issue is being dealt with, but I'm still left with solar panels that aren't generating any power. Rather than being contacted proactively, I have to repeatedly contact the customer service. I was supposed to receive a call last Friday, it's now Monday, and I'm still waiting. I would not recommend Duranet based on their level of customer service.
Update: I was called today, and an appointment was made for an engineer to come this Friday to fix the issue.

After a slow start with poor communication, Duranet finally pulled through as promised. The installation was delivered as promised and the technicians were very friendly and executed good, clean work.

Duranet is a trusted provider of solar panels. Communicating in English wasn't a problem for them and they were responsive to our questions. They work with friendly and resourceful professionals to prepare you for the installation which took one day. They guided us clearly on registration, tax process, and called after the installation for detailed review on the service.

Duranet literally knocked on our door after we decided to install solar panels, but did not yet look up a vendor/supplier yet, so I was skeptical. But I checked their experience and reviews and was convinced that we are in good hands.

Their guidance through the related bureaucracy was very valuable. The installation team was fast and efficient, they consulted about all the options and did a stellar job - we could not be happier. I can highly recommend Duranet if you are looking for solar panels and we will certainly call them again when we add more panels.

The (very friendly) team provided great information, valuable advice and thought with us to form a solution to our specific needs.
Technical checks (where to place the transformer, whether the switchboard is sufficient, how the roof structure is, etc.) and the installation itself were really spot-on: prompt, professional and with a smile! Totally recommended!

Good overall experience. Very rarely take action to cold call (initial contact by representative at home) but glad we did. Duranet managed us through the process, which can be complicated but also as our Dutch is basic. Installation went well and although there was attachments missing for installation the install team returned the next day to complete. Happy with the installation and, of course, the electricity that we are generating!

Very happy with my solar panels and the installation process. Communication and explanation of the process was very clear from the beginning and installation was done quickly. After installation, they followed up to ensure that everything was OK and started the BTW refund process for me.

The whole process from the beginning went smoothly. The installation was quick and neat. (no cables shown anywhere) The customer service is great and friendly. They followed up several times during the process to provide as much information as possible. I would give more than 5 stars.

Excellent all-around service. Duranet extended the installation period to accommodate our renovation delays. After installation, their technicians returned to fix a minor problem with one of the panels.

Duranet are probably not the cheapest solarpanel suppliers however you pay for what you get, quality equipment, professionally treated by the sales and sales support team and the experience of the 1 day montage ( fitting ) was very good. Professional company, I would recommend them to friends.
