Great service from Durovin…

Purchased a shower tray from Durovin and collected it myself. They opened and checked the tray before I left to make sure it was ok.
Lovely looking tray and I was delighted with my purchase.
Unfortunately when the plumber tried to install it our floor rafters went straight over the shower tray hole.
I emailed Durovin and they were FANTASTIC. They excepted the return and refunded me straight away.
Would defiantly deal with them again.

Do not buy from this company

I bought a shower enclosure and the glass side panel fell out of the profile as the glass was not bonded to the frame. I contacted the company and they suggested that I glue it! I told them that as a retail buyer of new goods I should not have to glue their product together. They eventually sent me a replacement glass unit and after a few weeks this one also fell out and broke the door hinge. They asked me to send photos which I've done and they still refuse to give e a refund saying that it was incorrect installation which I disputed as it was fitted professionally. They then said I should use silicon to hold it in place. Basically they are refusing to admit poor manufacturing and will not give me a refund. My advice is to avoid buying anything from this company because the product may look nice but the quality is very poor. The customer support is very bad. I am going to take this to the Trading Standards Authority.

Had a terrible experience with an item…

Had a terrible experience with an item bought from this company, the quality of finish on the sink shelf was shocking 😲
Contacted them to ask to exchange and they have refused, ive sent them over 10 images clearly showing the poor quality but still refused to help.
The item was brand new, only opened to inspect, never used or hung on wall and they have used every excuse not to arrange collection and exchange or refund.
Their customer service is extremely poor, and I wouldn't use or recommend them to anyone.
In the process of contacting my bank to arrange a charge back as they have failed to uphold my statutory rights of the sale of goods act 2015.
I've also contacted trading standards as companies like this can't continue to sell poor unsatisfactory items and refuse the buyer a refund.

Is it really worth the negative reviews and experience left by your customers for the sake of the returns postage.

I wouldn't trust this company with any orders placed, do yourself a favour and buy from a reputable supplier and not these cowboys

Stay Away from these!!!

Stay Away from these!!!! Durovin bathrooms are scammers and con men behind a company name!! Absolutely shocking experience and a total broad daylight robbery which I’ve got my legal team on please people do not purchase anything from Durovin bathrooms!! Sent me damaged goods wrong items and customer service is voicemail all day everyday single day no communication no money back just a false claim from these complete cowboys saying all items are in working order completely coned my own fault for not researching this bogus company!! Stay Away!!

Trying everything to not refund me

Purchased a shower tray for a campervan conversion, tray arrived fine, no complaints with the product itself. Unfortunately once it arrived I realised that the waste hole would be in the wrong place which is my fault. Contacted to find out if they do one with a waste in a different location, told they didn't so I asked to refund. Sent back the tray within the correct timeframe then with no message from the seller I received an email notification to say that the seller has opened a despute to say I had not sent it back on time and that I would not get refunded. I contacted eBay and they were very helpful, they could see thanks to the tracking that it had arrived on time and that the company were trying to pull a fast one. Despite the product being fine I would avoid this company like the plague if there willing to go through this much effort to cheat £100 out of someone, says alot about the character of the company.

Great customer service

Great customer service. I bought 2 toilets from them, and only 1 has safely arrived - the courier probably shattered another during the delivery. But Durovin responds to my queries politely and quickly, and instantly agreed to send a replacement for me within a couple of days. You don't need to wait for days for their response. You don't need to call them and call them and call them again. They just reply to emails within hours. I truly appreciate it.

Product ok

There was nothing wrong with the product/delivery, but my plumber was unhappy installing the doors onto a shower tray, but I was reliably informed they are suitable. I had to return the item, on the request of my plumber and had to pay for the return postal service myself.

we were sold a faulty toilet -terrible customer service

we were sold a faulty toilet. We have taken it to a bathroom specialist that said it is not fit for purpose prob a batch default. ( the pipe pops off) we have bought a new toilet from else where and it worked fine and even at first sight is better quality. Customer service terrible, they say the photos dont show a fault. the photos would not show a fault, it is a 3d problem, the flooded floor shows the fault.!! we have taken to experts but they give us a computer says no response. Wish i had seen the terrible reviews before flushing money down the loo.

Avoid Durovin bathrooms like the plague - Missing parts galore!

My glass sliding door was delivered 23 December 2022. As the delivery date was confirmed by Durovin, I booked a professional fitter for a specific date. Unfortunately a part was missing, so I had to cancel the fitting date with the pro while waiting for the part. As I fell ill and the fitter was fully booked for months, it took several months to organise another date with him. Finally, on fitting day the fitter noticed another TWO missing parts (not easy to spot by a non=pro). Due to the elapsed time I was forced to pay for the missing parts and cancel the fitter again! This door is due to be fitted on 22 December 2023. Update - more missing parts discovered and despite having evidence via the original photographs, Durovin insist on me paying for the them to be supplied. We have improvised instead! Never again will I make a purchase from Durovin Bathrooms. 28/01/24 - Obviously this can go on forever, Durvin version of events and me (as a customer)... Durovin, you are missing the point. The first missing part cost me a long awaited missed fitting appointment. By the time the fitter returned we discovered another missing part... Cut a long story short, there were so many missing parts it cost ME money and time (as well as the fitter). I had to pay for the two missing end panels (£15)! You have a quality control issue. The Great Profile Hunt: Shower Door Edition

Alright, dear readers, let's dive into my recent escapade with Durovin bathrooms. Ordered a shower door, and surprise, surprise - a cheeky little profile decided it wanted to see the world and didn’t make it to my home! 🌍😅

Enter Steve, our hero from Durovin bathrooms. While he was kind and tried to lend a hand, the plot thickened when they fancied charging me £45 for courier services for the AWOL profile.

Despite our little dance, I had to venture out into the wild and hunt down a profile myself. All in a day's work, right?

Advice for future Durovin Bathroom shoppers: Check your pieces twice, and maybe keep a spare profile in your back pocket... just in case. Alternatively shop elsewhere which is what I should have done.

Also - the good review from Luke Denham for this company is a fake. Look up Luke Dehman on Linkedin and you will see he is their brand and content executive!!!!!

Your reply said "We originally received a report from yourself advising that you were missing a part which we confirmed you had received as you mentioned you had the box of parts which this part was in."
I can GUARANTEE you the part was not there. I took a picture and sent it to you of everything that was received. IT WAS NOT THERE!. But you said I must have received it because there were other parts from the same box. I confirmed i had the box and also confirmed that the part was missing. Avoid this company, they just do not care! Their "kind" offer of a free part would have cost me £45 to receive. No worries, looking at other reviews of this company and if you are reading this, I am guessing you are gettign a very clear picture of how poor they are.

26th January UPDATE based on your reply below. However you try and spin it the profile was missing. I sent you photos of everything received and the profile was not there. yet you still say I received it! You were willing to offer the part free of charge but charge me £45 courier and offer I refused because it should have been in the package so why should I pay anything else. Its simple, you are a bad company and people should read reviews about you to make up their own mind. If they do they will come to the obvious conclusion that you do not care.

We confirmed that you had received this as you provided images showing that you had received the packaging the part was in. However, as a gesture of goodwill we did offer to you the spare parts free of charge if you were willing to pay the postage fee or collect from us as the parts are fragile. We are only able to send them with a specialist 2man courier service due to how fragile they are and we adviced you book your own courier service for it. What a shame

What a shame. I really liked the stylish basin I bought from Durovin. Unfortunately the surface blistered after a few months and Durovin refused to replace it saying it was too old. If you check their guarantee there is no length-of-guarantee stated, which is pathetic and possibly illegal - I will be looking into this. Shoddy product and disreputable company. Avoid.
*update* Despite what Durovin have insinuated, nothing was dropped into basin and no harsh chemicals used. It is a defect. Other companies offer 25 year guarantees, Durovin give you nothing.

I purchased a glass sliding door from themwith a slow close mechanism Which was missing despite all my questions they never acknowledged it was in a separate box so I didn’t know until fitting it. They suggest I pay again for one as out of time for missing item which they know they never sent and i had paid for

This is the worst company that I have ever had the misfortune to deal with

This is the worst company that I have ever experienced, they did there best to be awkward even though they knew the sink was defective. From 1st of April until 7th of June to get a refunded,they ask for pictures and videos before they would even consider a refund. They are not nice people to do business with . Horrible customer service and they hold on to your money as long as the can . Horrendous people absolute nightmare. Don't buy from them.

Unfortunately, your initial request for a replacement came after eBay’s 30 day policy, which is why we needed photos to confirm the request. Despite you not sending any photos, we still decided to send out a replacement on the 24th of May. However, the delivery was then refused on the 26th. On the second attempt at delivery, on the 31st of May, you were not in to receive the item. On the 6th of June you then requested a refund, and on the 7th of June we issued you the refund.
We highlight this timeline only to assure you that we have done our very best to meet your needs throughout this process and hopefully to alleviate some of your frustration. We understand it can be upsetting when a service does not meet expectations and we are sorry in this instance we could not provide the service you wanted.
