Ordered a shower screen via Amazon, probably the only way Durovin can sell, the screen was quality but fitting the seals and one snapped. Durovin wanted me to pay for replacement. Totally unacceptable. Rubbish customer service.

Have received 2 damaged/faulty sinks and Durovin are refusing to send a replacement, despite the faults being reported as soon as the items have been opened. After numerous emails they reluctantly offered a refund. Terrible service. Their response suggests I was being fussy, having a chip off the bottom of the basin is not satisfactory. I appreciate they are hand made but service was appalling and was told I couldn't order another. So disappointing as products look great when they are not damaged. Buyer beware.

Stay away from this company. Faulty, very low quality products. Bought shower enclosure from them, we managed to take out of the box and side panel completely shattered in our hands. Now this disgusting company asking me to pay for replacement of the faulty bad product. Absolutely disgraceful , don't waste your money.I did use professional plumber who did advise me not to reorder the glass panel from this company due to bad quality of the glass and he was worried about our children safety, he could not believe it when this panel completely shattered in their hands without even fixing just taking out of the box. And now this company accuses me of breaking this glass panel by myself, what a joke. As you can see from other people I am not the only one who complained about the quality of their products.

Mirror arrived damaged. Durovin argues that DHL delivered it in a good condition. The photo DHL took does not even show all the corners of the parcel.
They did not package the mirror with sufficient padding. There was no padding to protect the corners.
POOR PACKAGING is the cause of the damaged delivery. They should accept this.
They accused our builders and suggested asking them for the builders' insurance. Actually it was my husband who received the parcel and took it upstairs.

I wouldn’t use this company again. We purchased a sink which was damaged when we opened it . I also wasn’t happy with the quality of the product. When I contacted Durovin they firstly tried to blame us for the damage and then the delivery company. They insisted I contact the delivery company who advised the damage was not caused by them but as a goodwill gesture they would provide free delivery if Durovin replaced the sink. Durovin didn’t respond to any of our further emails. I will also be in touch regarding the inaccuracies in your response.

This company has provided the worse ever customer service experience!! I wish I had read their reviews prior to buying from them.
We bought sliding doors which was sent with fittings/ screws that does not fit the tools provided i.e the Allen key provided. It was being fitted by carpenter with 20 years experience and probably tried 20 different sized Allen keys none of which fit... We went out and bought a brand new set of imperial and metric set of keys again none fit. We approached the company and was told they only respond via email not telephone! First response via email proudly stated I was not entitled to any new/replacement parts with free delivery as I was over the 30 days order date ... really!! I made it quite clear if the item is faulty their personal terms and conditions are void!!

I was then told to send pictures of the damaged screws, (twice!!) heaven knows how they established the screws were damaged... they aren't damaged!!! They or the allen key are the wrong size.
What would have been helpful is help!! A solution... support... given it was your faulty tools!!
I would not recommend this company..2 days later I'm no further forward with them. Luckily the carpenter has come up with a solution no thanks to these lot.

Crappie customer service had to raise a complaint through ebay before I could get this company to resolve a missing part. Won't be a returning customer

I bought two glass shower doors the first was fine the 2nd exploded causing minor cuts to my son and I. You replied to my first email asking which door it was then stopped communicating completely choosing not to reply to 3 very polite emails asking simply whether you would replace the door. This was extremely poor customer service and unforgivable given the circumstances.

We bought a WC system with a built in basin.
It arrived promptly and intact.
We had it installed by a plumber and it works a treat.

Bought this door as a divider between my kitchen and living room, it looks fabulous and my joiner said it was really easy to fit.

This company is uncontactable. They say that they tried to deliver and now want £40 re delivery fee. I was at home when they say they tried to deliver. The delivery estimate did not include the day that they tried to deliver nor did they contact me to say that they were going to deliver. The tracking they provided did not work.

Bought a stone resin floating sink with the matching shelf which, was installed correctly by a professional and within three days of being up my 3year old daughter lent on it. This broke straight in half and fell down onto the shelf damaging that also, yet brackets and back of the sink where still tightly in the wall.

My daughter was so lucky this did not fall onto her and seriously harm her.

The response upon sending the photos was that they can not refund or help because it is used. Three days it had been up

Clearly there was a fault with this sink or it was made with an error, yet they can not help.

Now I need to replace the sink and shelf along with paying a plumber and a tiler not forgetting, the materials that will be required

I recommend strongly not to use this company false advertising
