Utter Scam
My partner can hear the sleepbar in bed next to me, I can't understand any voices from the bar under the pillow and music is very quiet. Too quiet to understand and too loud for my partner. It fails on every claim it makes, can't reach out to them to get a refund, they've ignored all messages. Utter Scam DO NOT BUY.

Buyer Beware
This device is useless if you have anything other than a thin fiber pillow. Was very disappointed with the volume. When I tried returning it I found that I had to send it on my dime back to the UK which costs more than the device itself. I’ll chalk it up to a lesson learned.

I love my sleep bar from Dusker
I love my sleep bar from Dusker. It’s hard to explain how it makes me look forward to laying my head on the pillow and hearing my sound loop through the pillow! It soothes me right to sleep every night. Highly recommend. Thanks Lian!

I love the sleep bar
I love the sleep bar. Easy connection to my phone, and I can listen to audiobooks or podcasts without disturbing my partner. The sound is clear even muffled by a pillow

Surprisingly Good
Surprisingly Good
I have been searching for a comfortable option for headphones or speakers that I could hear but wouldn’t disturb any one else… this is the perfect solution I was nervous ordering this and more than a little sceptical but from the very first night I am sold … the sound is clear when I’m listening to audiobooks through the pillow yet not causing any disturbance to anyone else’s sleep fantastic

I like to listen to sleep meditations…
I like to listen to sleep meditations or books at night to help me fall asleep. I tried using ear buds but there were really uncomfortable (I’m a side sleeper) and I fell asleep with them still in my ears, then had to find them in the morning. Some of the tracks I listen to would also not shut off automatically and my phone would just keep playing all night. I then tried keeping the volume low on my phone but it annoyed my husband. The Sleepbar has a 30 minute which is just about right, and allows me to be in a comfortable position. You can’t hear anything if your head isn’t on the pillow so my husband is able to sleep. The bar stays put and the battery life is good. I am falling asleep easier and having a much better night’s sleep.

Mostly ok. Probably not worth the money
Mask itself is alright. Low quality, cheap Chinese construction, but it’s a sleep mask. Takes a bit of effort to get right on your face as the padding is a bit intrusive and the strap takes some time to get in the right place to be comfortable, but not unworkable.
But the audio quality is horrible. First time I had it too loud and that horrible tinny treble hurt my ears. Turn it down and it’s at least bearable, but the quality is reflected in the audio. Not many products could have sound quality worse than this.
So as a sleep mask it’s fine. Overpriced and cheap, but fine. If you’re looking for audio though do yourself a favour and get some sleep buds. If you must have one of these I’ll wager you can find identical items on alibaba for a fraction of the cost.

I 100% recommend this item as I use it…
I 100% recommend this item as I use it almost every night, it allows me to listen to podcasts, while my husband and baby can't hear a thing. I can listen out for baby waking or fussing and still drift off whatever time of night it is without disturbing anyone else! (I left my first one when we went away on a family break - gutted!)

I wouldn't travel without it
I got my Sonisleep more than a month ago and I just hooked it up to the charger. I only need it for sleeping so the 30 min shut down function is a bonus. Plus I save on my phone battery as well. I'm a back sleeper and the biggest skeptic I know. I wasn't sure if I could hear anything sleeping on my back but when I turned on my back , I was surprised that the sound seemed to be coming from my entire pillow ,not just in one corner. I like to listen to whale music and it feels like I'm in the ocean swimming with them. I struggle with anxiety and have ADHD and Sonisleep ticked the right boxes in helping me drift off to sleep. It's connects super quickly to Bluetooth, is featherlight and you may hear some sound prior to putting it beneath your pillow but once under its like a private session. My husband can't sleep with sound but even he would inch closer to my pillow to enjoy the music. Definitely a win and worth the shillings....

I love this speaker!
I love this speaker!
When I inevitably wake up during the night, I get back to sleep much easier if I have something familiar playing in the room. So, I have been using a Bluetooth speaker on my nightstand. However, I do a fair amount of traveling, and occasionally end up sleeping in the same room as others. I have had to do without sleep, so as not to keep others awake with my speaker. I was about to buy one of those Bluetooth headband setups, but I really don’t like things on my head or over my ears. Then I stumbled upon an add for the Sleepbar.
This thing is a game changer! I listen to a combination of music and spoken word all night. When I have the volume set right, I can hear it very clearly through my pillow, but when I sit up, I can’t hear it at all. I have found that I can actually turn it up too loud, so I can faintly hear what is being said from 3-4 feet away. I read reviews that said they couldn’t hear spoken word and that it was too quiet. I have not had that experience at all. The sound quality is decent, not tin-ish at all.
I have not used the auto shut off function, as I need it playing at 2 am when I wake. Even with it playing all night, the battery life is amazing. I can go four or more days between charges.

BEWARE of this device
BEWARE of this device. It sounds amazing and the solution for having AirPods in when trying to sleep or listen to a meditation. Spoken word is incredibly muffled and not clear. Product is shipped out of China and takes 2+ weeks just to arrive. Return shipping fee is on the buyer and you’re required to ship it to the UK. Given intl shipping rates, you’re spending just as much to ship the device as you’d get in refund.
Waste of money, do not purchase.

This little speaker is awesome
This little speaker is awesome. Does exactly what it says it does. Battery is long lasting. They say it runs for 7 hours but I think it's way more. I listen to white noise at night and rarely have to change it. It also doesn't really make a noise when you turn it on and off which is good for night times so you don't wake anyone up.

What I was looking for
Dusker speaker was exactly what I was looking for. It allows me to relax and fall asleep listening to Podcasts without wearing headphones in bed or disturbing my partner.

Simply doesn’t work as described.
Simply doesn’t work as described.
The main reason I bought this product was to be able to listen to audio books without my wife being disturbed. I am an insomniac, and listening to spoken voice is about the only thing that can get me to sleep.
However, she complained that she could also hear it when her ear was on her own pillow… and when I put my ear to her pillow, I discovered it was true. In fact I put my ear to a few points on the mattress near my pillow and the sound was audible there too. It seems the way this device sends the sound through vibration has no bounds.
An equal problem is the sound quality: it simply isn’t suitable for spoken word as that is precisely the frequency range a pillow will block out. Everything sounds as muffled as you would expect a speaker covered by a pillow to sound.
I also found I had to turn my phone volume up full and position my head extremely precisely just to be able to hear anything at all through my pillow.
And the claimed battery life is also false… it ran out after about 4 hours.
So, all in all… an utterly useless product for my use case. So it’s back to the AirPods Pro, which are still the frontrunner for wearable sleep audio.
I will concede it’s probably acceptable for listening to instrumental music, or music where you’re not concerned about being able to hear the vocals very well.

All work, no pay
The sleepbar is pretty good, has areas for improvement (e.g. needs on-unit volume control), but once you dial in the best kind of track to work with the vibrations, and work out the charging cycle, is a nice solution.
Problem is the company, they followed up multiple times to get me to do a video review, with promise of "immediate payment". Half money, half credit for another sleepbar. Neither amount was that enticing on its own, but I actually wanted to buy one as a gift, and this would be a tidy discount, so decided to bite the bullet and go through the awkward joys of writing up some prompts and filming something exactly the right length. I only did this after confirming it was still something they wanted, which they quickly and enthusiastically confirmed. Uploaded the video to their shared drive, emailed to advise it was done. Crickets. Followed up a few times, nothing. I mustn't be attractive enough for their advertising needs :D
