I ordered some outdoor lights which unfortunately were unsuitable for what we needed when they arrived. I contacted Dusk lighting regarding a return, which was no problem.
I returned the lights to their showroom and I had received the refund into my account by the time I got home.
I was very impressed with their customer service and the price of the product. It was disappointing that the product wasn’t quite suitable for what we needed but that wasn’t Dusk’s fault. I was also very impressed with their showroom and the choice of products available, I wouldn’t hesitate to order from them again.
