Easy ordering, packaged well and quick delivery, just love these personalised pint glass for birthdays.

Only sent one item when paid for two. Sent two emails and no reply. Very dissapointing as they was meant to be for a gift.

I ordered a personalised chopping board as a wedding gift and had it sent directly to my accommodation near the venue. Just two days before the wedding, I discovered that an Evri courier had stolen it (currently under investigation and police reports). I was devastated, thinking it would be impossible to replace the gift and get it delivered in time.

Thankfully, I spoke with Martha at Dust and Things, who was absolutely incredible. She arranged for a replacement board, fast-tracked the delivery, and ensured it arrived before the wedding. The board looked beautiful, fantastic quality and exactly what I’d hoped for.

Ordered a personalised wine glass late on a Saturday evening. Received an email on Monday advising the glass had already been created and dispatched. Glass arrived Wednesday - parcel was well packaged & glass is great quality, with clear, neat lettering. Just what we wanted. Great item and brilliant service. Will definitely use again.

This is the fourth Dust and Things memory box I've ordered. They're the perfect gift for so many occasions and everyone who has received one has loved it. I was bought them as gifts and have just shared more.
Everything arrives so quickly , well packaged and perfectly executed. I recommend to everybody!

Uses Evri for delivery. How can you claim Express delivery when using Evri. It took them 5 days to deliver a gift. The event had passed when I received the item, making it useless as I had to buy another.
Not using Dust and Things again purely because of the people they choose to deliver their product.
Not packaged well enough either. A sliver of bubble wrap to protect a fail thin metal container? Absolutely not.

I bought engraved boxes for my grandchildren, and while the engraving was perfect, the boxes had sharp screw ends which would not be safe for little hands

Our gift turned up with a broken lid unfortunately so I informed Martha and she immediately sent out a new one with a very kind hand written note. Very nice gesture.

The product arrived damaged and they have not responded to my emails

The gift is nice and arrived quickly but was not made well and although I have emailed twice I have had no response. Had to give it as was, which means as it’s not properly sealed it won’t be usable for long, which is disappointing as it was a 50th birthday present.
