Problem fixed quickly.

I ordered one (pull out drawer), it was perfect. I ordered 4 more and the wrong box was shipped, a mix up with a different customer. I contacted the contact line and they fixed the issue straight away, calling me back to double check. The correct box arrived 2 days later, plus a return label for the incorrect box. Great customer experience in a mixup situation.
