The ordering process was very easy to follow, the delivery time ( even to western Canada) was as promised, the quality of the labels was wonderful. I would definitely order from them again. Proud to have my label from Dutch Label Shop on any of my custom sewing projects.

Great customer service, orders are fulfilled in a timely manner, products are always just as ordered and great quality. I was able to create my logo by choosing a fun font from their offerings and an added design to make it complete. I've ordered the same one many times over!

Ordered in late November. They said it would take "Expected delivery in 10-14 days" on the checkout page and CS rep said the same thing. At 19 days past and not even a tracking number. On WhatsApp they promised it by 12/13 and on the chat they said they couldn't but would mark it as urgent. Either way, they missed their delivery estimate by about two weeks at this point. Their customer service lies about what the website says it's 14 working days plus delivery. Lies all around. Also despite having a USA address on thier website this is a Vietnam company.

Poor customer support, the quality of the woven labels are great but he care labels disappeared after 1 wash, all of the print was about 90% gone, not sure how I explain that to customers but because it wasn't within 7 days (which isn't clear on their website, all I ever saw was "Money back guarantee" they wouldn't help me at all, literally not even some token store credit, terrible experience.

Dutch company based in the US but no proper dutch customer care?! Located in Nederland, I have try to call many times on different days with no answer. I have sent a email but each response take 5 days... where are you guys located? china, us, nl? I have not yet ordered with them, but the process seems too difficult.

These sew on labels are AMAZING! I keep reordering for my small business. So well made and I get lots of positive comments on them!

Very happy with my woven labels. It was very straightforward to upload my design and order them. The instructions were easy to follow and I am delighted with the finished result. They are a great quality and reasonably priced and as a new business I loved that I could only order a few to start with. Delivery time was as expected.
