I received my box about 7 days after order shipped. I was able to track the order and noticed it was hung up in one stop along the way for 3 days. Consequently my frozen items were defrosted when I received them. Contacting customer service was easy and straightforward. And within a few days my refund of defrosted items and packing showed up on my credit card. All other products are perfect. I will definitely not hesitate to order products from Dutch shopper.
Nothing to complain about. Was worried and felt certain that my frozen goods would not arrive frozen but hey! It came on expected delivery date and was still very frozen upon delivery! Will definitely be shopping here again!
So I ordered for the first time we'll never again. My frozen products where nearly defrosted and I can't put it back in the freezer again,my bread was already dry, the rolls are good but a day over the date but I can overlook this. Of course the cupboard food is all good. I am so disappointed never again for me.
I must say when I emailed them to ask what the hold up was, ordered it on the 8 April and got delivered today the 2nd of May the customer service was really good and fast reply.
BE CAREFUL when you order for SPAIN
I ordered for € 433,00 and the order came in 2 boxes of 30kg. DPD uses Seur in Spain and they had passed my address wrong so 1 package went to the other side of the city to be picked up at a pick-up point. When I informed Dutchshopper about this they said that if I don't pick it up I lose the money.
Too bad because I wanted to place this order every 2 weeks
The 1th time all was perfect
Now for the 2nd or 3rd time….theydont answer their mail dont reply in the chat.
I want to know what to do now …the frozen products are not in time ( the order will now be thawed after more than a week of trnsport )
Arrived in perfect conditions in Spain, the freezer products also perfectly frozen still! Will definitely shop here again!
Very happy with my shipment that arrived in Ireland this morning, frozen products still frozen after shipment on Tuesday. Nice to get things from home you cannot get abroad. Small communication issue for which the company apologised. Will use them again for frozen and other goods.
Purchase received in Denmark after a week. No problems.
Ordered for €250 on product, fresh and no fresh products. It took 3 weeks to arrive. More than half was unusable and had to throw it away. Got a refund for these products. But they did nothing to keep me as their customer. Which I think is stupid. If my first order is €250. You don’t want to loose a customer like that. But they didn’t care. A shame!
The Dutchshopper was not saying a thing for 2 weeks after my order, when I contacted them to ask some information about when my package might arrive they told me they don't have all the products so we have put money back on your account and they are gonna send it as quick as possible. But without any questions they made this decision. Without any suggestion for a replacing product or any information before hand. And above all. There is no money back on my account yet.
