Ordered Anduril Scale sword and no show
I ordered it for my husband’s birthday in July come September still no show.
Thankfully I ordered through with PayPal and PayPal refunded me.
I had been contacting the company and they kept saying it was a problem with the supply chain.
There was no mention on their website that it was out of stock or back till after you buy it.

Good range of DVD boxed sets at a great price. Very fast delivery and excellent communication.

I ordered prisoner collection 2 from them 2023 heard nothing from them for 12 months asked for a refund in 2024 and they said next week it didn’t happen I’m still waiting they said my bank was holding it and they didn’t get it
Now it’s outside the refund time with the bank for it I’ve have lost my money now don’t use them it was over $100

Timely delivery. Incredible variety of product available, Very helpful and attentive service staff via DVDLand's email contact service. And finally, the service provided through the offer of 'change-of-mind' cancellation for store credit. Offering this kind of service demonstrates clearly their commitment to customer service. It's not just about 'sales' for DVDLand!

Not happy very sceptical. I should have read all the poor reviews before $50 of my money went down the drain. Ordered underbelly vanishing act. Unfortunately was unaware that it hasn't even come out on DVD yet. Absolutely ridiculous considering this series came out in April 2022. It's now 2025. I emailed multiple times to get an ETA on when this would be out let alone delivered to me. The reply was basically saying there's no release date yet. So for all I know 6 months or more will go by before this is even released. And even after then probably not. I find it absolutely ridiculous that this business can even offer this series for sale and not be given some sort of accurate information as to when me the consumer is going to receive this item. Never seems to be the go.

DvDLand are always very helpful and quick to respond to all messages.
Their prices are very reasonable.

If i could give 0 stars, i would. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING ON PREORDER. 12 months later, multiple relewse dates come and gone. The worst company

Do not under any circumstances order "preorders" from this company. First of all, they will charge you immediately, NOT when the DVDs are released. And speaking of which, most of the items listed as "preorders" are NEVER going to be given physical releases in the first place. DVDLand is STILL advertising discs as "preorders" that they assured me were going to be released in the Fall of 2024 and never were. The only reason I'm giving them two stars is because they issued me a full refund when I got my credit card company involved.

Great range, quick delivery.

I read the bad reviews, but DVDland were one of the only places in Australia with the Pop Vinyls I needed for my daughter's birthday. Well, surprise surprise, even though the website said they were all in stock, only two of the four I ordered were delivered. I had to email them constantly before the others were sent. Finally the last one, the one my daughter really wanted, simply never showed up. I sent email after email. Almost seven months later they sent it. These guys are dishonest - they say the stock is available when it's actually not. If you don't badger then, then they will never send it to you. Avoid at all costs.

I pre-ordered a DVD December 2024. I was notified their release date was 11 April 2025. To date (22 August 2025), there'd been zero communication, no updates, nothing. When I questioned in June what was happening, my email went ignored.
Today I emailed requesting a refund, and their response was completely disingenuous and insulting, they deflected instead of taking accountability. I then received a patronising apologetic email when I called them out to do better. Such disappointing, poor service.

I placed a pre order in 2020 and had to continuously check in over 5 years and kept getting told its this date then they'd change it again. My yearly reminder came up to chase it up and of course the product is no longer on their website. They just took ny money and never bothered to update me or tell me it was no longer going to be released. Ive asked for a refund and they claimed they had asked PayPal to refund me but of course I've not been refunded.

I placed an order in March 2025 and did not receive any items for over five months. Despite requesting a full refund, part of my order was shipped while the remainder was refunded. Although I eventually received the refund and shipping information for the shipped items, I am still yet to receive the goods. The communication and service throughout this process were poor, and the lengthy delay was very disappointing.

Had items I wanted. Easy transaction at good price. Quick delivery.

My first thought was that because of a couple of poor reviews I would not purchase from this supplier but decided go ahead with my purchase after I was assured that I could trust them so I went ahead.
The price was reasonable, communication was great and my item was delivered swiftly. Well done DVDLand

Don't ever deal with this company, I have been waiting for over 9 months for a order and still waiting, keep getting excuses. But no solution.

Great selection of movies, very fair prices and prompt delivery.

Terrible company, ordered a boxset, it never arrived, told it was on preorder, got screwed around for over a year until I said I would go to ACA and ACCC, only then did I get a refund.

Over the past few years, I have bought many dvds from this company, and have enjoyed their service, especially when the dvds need to be New Zealand region. They often had dvds for sale that I couldn't buy anywhere else... Whenever I had a question, they promptly replied. Thanks for the great service you provide!
