Great service, great system, highly recommend!
I just wanted to say thank you for your help Keith, you phoned within an hour of me calling the 0800 number, you came to our house on a Saturday to talk through each system and offer your expertise and knowledge, and within 2 weeks our DVS was installed.
Your installer (I didn't catch his name) from Magpie electrical did a great job, he arrived exactly when he said he would, talked me through the system and cleaned up after himself.

We received great service from DVS
We received great service from DVS. I really appreciated that they were not pushy like other competitors and they gave me all the options to choose from. Since having the DVS installed we are overjoyed with the results. Dry windows from the very first day and ever since. My only regret was that we didn't install this sooner. I recommend them in every new home. We did not initially install one because we thought double glazing would prevent condensation, but it doesn't. A DVS is a smart and healthy choice for a well ventilated home.

We're delighted with our DVS reclaim
We're delighted with our DVS reclaim. We previously had a competitor's version and it was noisy and ineffective - we were still wiping windows in the morning. We had to battle long and hard for a refund and removal. The DVS keeps the windows dry and it's silent. I think some of the competitors spend more on their marketing than their product development.
