Great customer service
It was a ruff start at the beginning, but the customer service was very good. I called and explained that I had not received any leads and it had been two months, then I started getting leads but not good quality. We talked again and so far I have got a lead that turned into a listing, the agreement has been signed and it is a home in Port St lucie with a new metal roof and I will be listing it for $330,000 and I charged 5% commission 2.5% to buyers agent and 2.5% for listing agent. I just received another lead for 3 parcels of land that are the last in a built community with underground work completed. So although it was a ruff beginning, I have to say they listen and work with you to improve so I am happy with that and that is why I feel they deserve 5 stars.

I signed up in SEPT 2024 and did not receive one qualified lead. Since I was dissatisfied, I requested the refund based on their refund policy, I have written them several times and they keep telling the refund is being processed. It is now May 2025 and I still keep getting the run around that the bank is having an issue processing the refund (lie). They they told me would Zelle the money two weeks ago and I still have not received. This is not a legit or repuatable company. DO NOT USE. THEY ARE SCAMMERS.

Received unsolicited text on my do not call number about 15% for referrals. Luckily I came here first! Definite scammers with no network so they have to cold call. They also didn't mention the additional $600 they want from you as is evidenced here. They don't even use a legit sms service, because it would scrub for DNC numbers as my current service does. Hopefully they get sued for these illegal intrusions.

I have only been working with Dwelio for a couple months, but have already received a verified lead that should be a listing in the next couple of months. I am meeting with the seller this week. Great Lead Source!
At first I was skeptical about this company but after working with them for a few months, I can say I highly recommend them to any agent looking for a good lead source. Dwelio has given me verified leads with people who are actually expecting my calls and as ac result I have my first listing appointment tomorrow with one of their leads. Also, the leads seem to be getting better and better with time, as I'm assuming they are working out kinks in their lead generation system. The agent who I am working with from Dwelio is great and so helpful. I am excited about my continued partnership with Dwelio for my business and can foresee myself closing a few deals with this company this year.

Update: BEWARE - DWELIO IS A TOTAL SCAM!
On 05/20/25: Dwelio company representative called to offer a refund in 2-3 business while trying to flag my review as defamatory at the back end HOPING THE REVIEW WILL BE TAKEN DOWN. Their bad faith attempt failed. Of course no refund happened.
On 05/23/25: they called promising to refund in 1 week. Nothing happened.
On 05/30/25: after various follow-ups, they refused the refund quoting the only way to refund was through the card where payment was made originally which they knew since 05/20/25 that the card was replaced.
DWELIO IS A TOTAL SCAM! They are shady in the way they do business and LIE!! DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY!
