Getting leads!
I have gotten and talked with a few leads and do plan on helping those leads in the spring. Nothing in contract yet but the leads are definitely coming in. I am satisfied with the leads especially considering that it's winter.

From referral to close, Dwelio was incredibly helpful. As a newer agent, I was struggling to gain traction, so to successfully bring a client to closing from this referral company was huge. They made sure every facet of communication was smooth and helpful for both me and my client, making the whole process that much more enjoyable.

Very Communicative…
I have received a few un-quality leads from Dwelio that were already in my database. My contract stated I would receive 40 leads in a year. After 10 months I had received only 4 leads that I already had in my CRM and determined they were looking to refinance or could not sell because they owed more than their home was worth. I reched out and after several conversations, they agreed they did not fufill their part of the contract and agreed to give me a full refund. I have been trying to get my refund for over 6 months now and no luck, just excuses. It's always next week, next week. Terrible company, stay clear of them.

Do not waste your money with this…
Do not waste your money with this company! Over promised and underdelivered! The only lead that was sent to me was a fraudulent lead and it was after I filed a dispute. The dispute that I started was after having a conversation with one of their representatives who was rude, condescending and then apologetic. And it turns out that this company is ran out of a single family home. When I asked for a refund they said that they needed to have a board meeting to discuss my case...Wait what? I should have done my due diligence but they were so persuasive. Do not be a fool like I was!

Experience so far has been positive
Experience so far has been good as far as the sales agent and onboarding process. My services haven’t started yet as I was told they will initiate 15 days after signing up. I will submit an updated review once I do start receiving the services I signed up for.

BEWARE
BEWARE - sends out constant annoying Spam marketing texts offering leads for a 15% referral fee, but they actually charge a $599 fee as well, DECEPTIVE!
UPDATE: In response to Dwelio’s response, they absolutely DO rely on spam marketing texts, that is how I was contacted. Per the company's website, this is a "business" that is run out of someone's personal home in Georgia, BEWARE!

Dwelio made true to their promise and delivered buyer and seller leads soon after I signed up. Ive already been on a listing appt and have 2 qualified buyers in my pipeline. I am giving Dwelio 4 stars right now because as others have said, Dwelio does make calls, and they have sent me quite a few leads from people who have expressed interest in real estate, however, no closings to date. I do have 3 or 4 good leads that I would say are very likely prospects to either buy, sell, or invest. They just need some more nurturing. Lastly, a few days ago, I did put one of the leads under contract but we have not yet closed yet. This is encouraging, and hopefully some of the others I am communicating with will also get to the next stage. Once this lead in contract closes, I will update about my experience.

Excellent if you are a realtor looking to get your business going. Their team is responsive and willing to go above and beyond to actually listen and make you feel truly valued. The cost structure is incredible in comparison to other companies in the marketplace offering similar services for lead generation, and they also offer a satisfaction guarantee. I have definitely received leads…
I have definitely received leads from Dwelio that are from honest searching sellers and buyers. There will always be those who change their mind, who for many reasons are no longer interested in talking to an agent. But at least at Dwelio I know they have spoken to the lead. They always send conversation details to me.

This is a scam company operating as legitimate! Save your $$ and make calls on your own! I purchased the top tier and received “0” local leads. They told me they would vet prospects and would only send leads that were ready to list or buy. I usually know better but I was dooped. I never write reviews but I was compelled after spending 1k and receiving nothing in return!! Buyer beware you have been warned. I am a reputable RE agent and I was scammed.
