Excellent service. Very quick to send an engineer out. Work carried out with care and good customer service.

The job was done with minimum disruption to the house. We were kept informed when the job would be done and the engineers were both helpful and hardworking. The price quoted was what was paid.

Requesting a quote and booking the visit was very simple and prompt replies were very helpful.
I was able to choose a time to suit me and the engineer was on time.
The service was professional and very reasonably priced
I will definitely use this company again and would recommend to anyone

Excellent service as usual. Sam always explains what he's doing and answers any questions you may have, DWL Gas provide a prompt efficient service and I would recommend them.

Routine service, picked up leaking part. Item ordered and replaced quickly. Very efficient work by Sam, no mess and very friendly. A lot cheaper than British Gas too!!

Had a problem with a leaking valve. Rang and had prompt and honest service. Was expecting it to be a big job with a valve replacement but just needed something tightening and bill was very reasonable.

Our boiler installation by DWL gave us one pleasant surprise after another. First, they managed to remove our old boiler after we'd been told many times that this wouldn't be possible because of its tight fit in a cabinet. This meant they could also remove the external flue and make good (with very close to matching bricks). The electrician mounted our new thermostat on the wall (replacing the old one) when, once again, we'd been told that it would have to sit on the hall table near a socket.

We were even more impressed by the excellent customer service. We returned home after a holiday to find that the cylinder was leaking and threatening to flood the lounge beneath - four days before it was due to be removed by DWL! On the Saturday, I left a message on the mobile of Dave (the boss) who, I later realised, was on holiday in Cape Verde. He contacted Joe (the installer), who phoned me on the Sunday (yes, Sunday) to say that he had rearranged his schedule and could start our job straight away.

All the above was done without drama or sucking through teeth. We have no hesitation in recommending DWL Gas.

The initial project scoping & estimating. Was carried out on time and in full. Work was carried out according to the agreed schedule, with high quality and creative solutions when unforeseen issues arose. The contractors were professional, hard-working and clearly took a pride in their work. And the work to date has been completed within quotation. Would recommend the company without hesitation. Prompt polite and efficient... could not ask for more.

We had a leak on our heating system, the day after the New Year bank holiday. We had a visit at lunchtime and Joe persevered, with very difficult access, to resolve the problem and have the heating on that afternoon.
Not an easy job.
