Install went well on the day but after when we looked at the installation we found quite a few issues. We where told the fitter would return but no show then where told he had returned on 2 occasions and had phoned which was a lie. Had someone else come out and he was not happy with the installation,repairs needed which we are still waiting to be done 3 weeks on still waiting for the parts to arrive which I have had to chase them.

We have had our Conservatory for about 5 years and have had several issues and call outs - the latest as a roof glass was blown due to seals breaking - I have been told that the panel they have put in of a different colour is all they will do. This is a copy of my email reply sent:-
I’m sorry but I think this is something I should have been made aware of when I ordered the Conservatory. I would not have chosen the blue colour if I had been aware.
We have had a number of issues with our Conservatory - your Company has not been the best choice and I have not and will continue to not recommend you to any of my family, friends and acquaintances.
We now have a Conservatory that makes horrendous noises as it expands and contracts - very, very much louder than any one else’s that I know. It has caused the seals to break much more often than should be expected giving leaks which has spoilt furniture etc. And now we have a mismatched roof which is fairly obvious when you are inside. All in all a bad experience and very unhappy customers.

Experience was great from start to finish rachel helped me pick what would look great and she wasn't wrong. As for the fitting they were excellent as well can't fault it great work.

Had a new Rock door and side panels. DW Windows were very professional from measuring up to the fitting. The end product was done to a very high standard with high quality materials. Would 100% recommend.

I'd been thinking about getting new windows and doors and took the plunge and contacted DW windows , they made everything easy . The salesman called as was very pleasant and not at all pushy. Next the surveyor came he was friendly and suggested a few tweaks to what I had chosen , next the fitters , really friendly did a great job . I was really pleased with my windows and doors and the service I received from DW windows, I would have no qualms about recommending them . A first class service from start to finish. Well done.

I couldn't recomend dw windows enough. From the sales guy that came to give us a price I knew we had chosen the right company. Clear and honest pricing. And quality materials. Minor hiccup with instalation (accidents happen) but this was rectified within 36 hours. Will definitely be back when the windows need changing.

Informative sales person, efficient survey and excellent fitters

The young women on the phone, the surveyor and the fitters and the thought of David W. lounging about in his carpet slippers.
I am pleased I chose this firm against a cheaper quote all those years ago; always considerate and fair.

Ordered new Patio Door from Rav at the showroom who explained everything, booked the survey with Steve Walters who was really professional and explained the process. The fitters Chris and Brett worked well and cleaned up all the old Patio door and mess and finished with rendering the sides. I fully recommend D W Windows for their service.

I had a new rock door and a UPVC door fitted 3 weeks ago by DW Windows.I chose them because I had many years ago worked for a big national windows and doors company. Probably the biggest in the UK. (Yes then). And I didn't like how they worked so I left. So I wanted to use a local company with a good reputation . And being a proud black country born man I picked DW WINDOWS in the heart of the black country. And what a pleasure it was. The whole process start to finish was a joy. From The sales rep Rachel who just gave facts and despite being a sales rep, was not pushy at all. To the friendly surveyor jon who even greeted my cat with a smile and a hello. To the fitters who were very clean tdy and respectful with their work. I love our new doors. Could not recommend DW Windows enough.

I have used DW a number of times now, but the most recent job was by far the biggest. Had a couple of different companies out to quote the job for comparison, and although DW were mid-range of the quotes received I was more than happy pay that little bit extra and have them for the job.
From start to finish they are a pleasure to deal with and I was kept informed with what happens next regularly. My job has been finished to a high-spec, my property respected and they are very clean workers. I have since recommended them to a number of people and will continue to do so in the future.

From phoning D W phone contact was great. Rachel, who came out to us was great and very informative. Surveyor was informative as well. The fitter that came out was very professional and friendly and told us where the previous company had gone wrong.

Showroom staff where very helpful when choosing our door. Fitters they where pilot and clean. BUT unfortunately they left a crack to to wall inside over the door which we have reported. This is a on going situation.

I had all the windows and doors replaced in my house, the house is now warmer and quieter and it has lifted the outside of the house. Thank you Chris and Brett who fitted the windows and Craig who helped me choose which ones to have. I am really pleased with the difference it has made.
