I wish I could give a higher rating but some aspects let this company down, the sales team were fab but my door arrived damaged so I had taken a day off work for no reason, I then had to chase all updates myself i had no apology for the inconvenience or the damaged door. When arranging my new installation date again I had to chase the woman on the installation team was extremely rude especially as this was an error on their part as my door had obviously not had any quality checks done. I am still awaiting an apology and I would not be recommending this company to any friends.

Had a Rock Door fitted. Really professional fitters, polite & courteous cleaned area once finished. We had used DW Windows previously to fit a conservatory and replacement windows. Would highly recommend

Had 7 windows, guttering, french doors and front door. Took five days and was like clock work. Scaffold up and down quick. Skip picked up immediately day work was finished. Ian and Craig the fitters came early everyday and worked none stop. Great fun guys made the experience an absolute pleasure. No issues despite torrential rain last few days. Second time using dw windows. Would’nt use anybody else.

Arrived on time.
Completed and tidied away when finished.

DW windows have been fantastic from start to finish. I originally requested a quote to replace a window with patio door however after seeing their reviews and products I decided to get a quote from all new windows, a new front door and french doors. Rachel who came to do the quote was very friendly and knowledgeable and she put no pressure on me to commit. After accepting the quote, the surveyor (I believe his name was Gary) came out within a week to complete the survey and again he was friendly and knowledgeable. We were able to get the fitting date at the time of the survey. On the date of installation Ian and Craig came on time and communicated well with us throughout the process. They alleviated any fears and completed the job in a professional manner with minimal mess. There was an unforeseen issue with the bay window however this was rectified quickly and efficiently. The communication and service has been fantastic from start to finish and the new windows and doors are superb and are brilliant quality. I would 100% use DW windows again.

We took our time to choose this company and had quotes from several local competitors- I think we made a very good choice for service and value for money. Early days but I cannot fault the for their service so far and we are pleased without new door and side screens.

Craig at DE windows went through all options available, colour , styles, price & fitting with us for our windows. He was very helpful and courteous and polite and not a bit pushy. He left us with our quote. We had a couple of quotes & there's was the best, so we decided to go with them. When fitters arrived they were pleasent & very efficient and left the premises clean and tidy. Overal a very good job. Well pleased with our windows

We chose D W Windows to replace out kitchen door and window . The work was carried out very professionally , to a high standard, a quality job in every way. When the work was completed Chris and Brett cleared everything away to such an extent that I wouldn't have known anyone had been here. It's hard to find good workmen but we found them in Chris and Brett and wouldn't hesitate to have them here again.

From start to finish it was such an excellent experience, very clean workmanship, no mess at all, fitter cleaned up after fitting, great patio window at a competitive price, quality toughened glass, very friendly company, easy to deal with,small snagging issue which was
rectified within the hour, such a good honest company, would highly recommend to anyone, and will be dealing with again in the near future.
