Awful service. Said they tried to deliver on 4 occasions and left card - they didn't. I was there. No card left. In the end I cancelled the order I was expecting. Impossible to speak to customer services - only chat and that was inadequate. Not interested in providing a decent service at all. Avoid.

If I could rate this service a 0 I would. Driver “Daniel” is a lier and does not attempt to deliver items but sends a text that “deliver was attempted”. I suggest that DX investigate this driver for fraud
RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL DELIVERY DRIVER
I have just had a nasty experience with one of their drivers called, Alassana. He was meant to deliver my parcel, he called my cell phone yelling at me if i was coming downstairs to pick up my parcel. I asked if he rung the door bell so i could open it for him. Without any provocation this rude and unprofessional driver drove off. I called his number but he did not answer. Reading reviews here makes me sick.

Absolutely disgusting service, why they never call or text to the customer when they are about to deliver? I was waiting whole day at home for my parcel and it’s says they try to deliver but I was not at home, I suggest never use this service in life, even though when I called Indian VFS the guys who pick up call seems he is not bothered to listen what I have suffered, he was so monotonic , keep repeating same things, no sympathy or apologies for customer suffering, even he was not there to see parcel delivered or not,

Was told my item would be delivered today (24/10) but I was out, so was given the option by DX to redirect! So I did! I live at 57 so asked DX to deliver to either 53 or 63!

Driver insisted on coming in our house
Failed to deliver because the driver in unmarked van and no uniform without ID insisted on coming onto our property and into our house, which we said we were not comfortable with. SHE SAID THIS WAS COMPANY POLICY. Complained and was promised redelivery. Driver said she had come back but did not, complained and was told she would return but she didn’t. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
I saw a driver pull up to the address
I saw a driver pull up to the address, get out of the car, then get back in and drive away without ringing the doorbell because the package was too heavy for him.
This must be some kind of joke.
The driver’s trick is that when they have something heavy or inconvenient to deliver, they pull up to the given address, wait for a minute, and then drive off. This way, any complaint will be checked on GPS, which will show that the driver was at the address, but in fact, the driver didn’t ring the doorbell and didn’t deliver the package. This is how DX courier operate.

Their customer service is a joke. An automated agent unable to get the tracking numbers right regardless of whether you say them or key them in. A 10h delivery slot. Not possible to speak to a human.

Delivered my 3 and 2 seater sofas as we have our main living room on the first floor ( this information was provided) the older if the 2 men started moaning straight away said it would go up the stairs ( even though we had a 4 seater chesterfield up there originally) I said we should take it out the box the old man refused I said id take it out the box to be ignored . He bought it in the hallway moaning constantly and make noises like he was In pain ,, I told them just.go if you can't do the job properly leave, he was rude and miserable and the younger 1 just stood there like a satue ,,, shocking pair of delivery drivers neither new what to do I would of done better with trained chimps

Not able to get in contact with anyone, all is chat bots and the phone lines don't let you speak with an operator.

Two companies I buy bulky items from on a regular basis are constantly let down by these incompetent couriers.
They can't follow a postcode
They can't read instructions
They plonk the huge delivery half a mile away from where its supposed to be because they can't be bothered .
It's not cheap and then I have to spend days trying to locate the parcel which I can't physically transport to my workshop due to the size of it- meaning i have to find help.
Most of the time the delivery is damaged.
And the rest of the time it is stolen because its in some random location.

Delivery company who don't deliver
What an awful company! They've made me go crazy with my mental health in just 2 days time. Delivery company who do not deliver.
They lie saying they attempted delivery when they haven't. Then the inability to actually speak to someone. My delivery was rescheduled to Saturday, they didn't provide the usual 2 hour slot. I went to their "live" chat to find the waiting time of 100 mins and then I was kicked out of this chat while in the queue 3 times! Ruining my Saturday because I couldn't plan anything, then subsequently affecting my work and work week as I cannot be home.
The fact you cannot get any live customer service is beyond belief. Sellers, please don't ever use this company!

What went wrong ???….. everything that’s what….. waited in on three separate occasions and they didn’t show absolutely awful company very amateur.. if you ever order anything and you see dx freight as the courier just ask for a refund because you be lucky to get the delivery
I'd rather walk to they're depot barefoot to collect my parcel.
Sent me a text saying my delivery was due Friday, then another saying it was rescheduled for the following Monday when i wouldn't be present. I attempted to contact them to rearrange this for the Wednesday but instead spent almost 2 hours on hold on two separate phone calls and never got to speak to anyone as they hung up both times. I don't actually know what they do in they're offices, but there must only be two people in there, that are actually deaf so they can't hear the phone ring.
