Lazy

Lazy,
Despite the address being clearly shown the driver decided to leave the 20kg bag of bird seed at the park laundry room around 100 metres from my address leaving a 68 year old pensioner to carry it that distance. Even more annoying is the fact he turned his van around within metres of my address and I was clearly home due to my vehicle being parked and washing out on the line...........sheer laziness!

Absolutely appalling service

Absolutely appalling service ,
I wasnt home for my delivery
So the delivery driver did a little squiggle in the signature box, the type the surname on the package in the box
Says parcel was delivered and signed for .

No parcel found at or near my address when I arrived home .

Do not use this company
Criminals and fraudulent activity

Shocking!!!

This is not a real company!!! Total shit show!!!

Been waiting three days for a collection.
The driver is no where to been seen on our four cameras but I keep getting emails saying sorry I missed you.
Yeh sorry I missed you too!!! As I never saw you.

You cannot talk to anyone at all as they never answer the phone. You email be lucky if you get a response. They are just one big joke!!!

As for tracking info there is none or very little. On day one I got tracking information, I could see the van was right near my house several times but unfortunately he never made it too the house itself. The other collections were arranged without my consent This has been going on for serval weeks. I have complained to the range about this shocking behaviour but there just as bad. Everyone wants your money but no one sticks to there end of the bargain.

Don’t trust them

Received a text saying delivering by 5.30 . This time went and received a text saying hadn’t made the delivery and would be Monday . This was Friday and I was in the lounge waiting . Disgraceful lies . Don’t trust them .

I'd give zero stars if I could!!

I'd give zero stars if I could. Absolutely terrible company! Cannot talk to anyone, chat services are shocking, like talking to robots 'Computer says no'. One minute says out for delivery, then tracking changes to more info required. Chat bit tells me address details they have match what I confirmed, so what's the issue??
Contacted the company I ordered the item from who then had to contact DX directly to sort the issue. Just incredibly poor, I've no idea why anyone would use them. They must be cheaper than other couriers and it shows!

Dishonest and useless freight couriers

I ordered a furniture unit from amazon and received message that this will be delivered on 30th October 2024. In the morning checked and found that it is out for delivery. Me and my wife stayed at home and waited for full day but in evening status was updated that my house is not accessible. Its a plain lie because my house is directly connected to the road. There was road work in the area and everything was fine. I checked next day and found that packet has beed returned to the seller without rescheduling the delivery, rev-attempting or giving us opportunity to collect. I have a string sense that they are dishonest and don’t perform their duties sincerely.

Appalling service

Appalling service, avoid at all costs!
Ordered from a reputable company who use this service, 2 failed deliveries in 2 days even though the tracking showed the driver ok the area multiple times.

Delivered my parcel smashed to bits.

Just received a big box of broken glass from Frazier. He left it on my step and bolted like a scalded cat. As soon as I lifted it up I could tell that the 5 foot mirror in the box was smashed to bits. Thank so much Frazier. I contacted DX but Sean B doesn't deal with complaints he just offers apologies from his end apparently.

ONLY HALF HOUR NOTICE OF DELIVERY.

I was sent a text at 7.30am. it said your delivery will be between 8 and 6. Only half hour notice !!!
They did not turn up!
The next day I got the same message. They did not turn up.
Two days later they DID turn up, I was not giving any notice, and to top it off, it was the wrong item. The only good point was the driver was really friendly.
CX need to improve their communication, and keep their word.
This is the worst "delivery" experience I've ever had. Absolutely terrible.

Driver refused to deliver my parcel

The driver 'Jordan' passed me as I was entering the property and refused to give me my parcel. Stating that he didn't want to drive back the 50m to my house to take a picture of the parcel in the doorway and that doing so would make his next delivery late. He told me that the next delivery was more important than mine and couldn't possibly be 2 minutes later (the time it would have taken to get out, give me my parcel, take a photo of it and leave) and I needed to reschedule mine as I'd missed him by about 30 seconds.

No customer support

Was due to receive a parcel yesterday. I got a message to say attempted delivery and had left a calling card. I received neither as the driver had gone to my neighbours house by mistake who wasn't in. Rescheduled delivery for today and gave tried to ring DX to make sure delivery is to my house. No option to speak to a human. What happens if they go to wrong house again? Atrocious customer service.

Hopeless company

Hopeless waited in for delivery which didn’t arrive, no contact despite having my phone number & email. Then tracking says delivery moved to tomorrow at my request????

Shocking service yet again

Yet again another shocking service supposed to deliver today and had time slot van was in area on tracker then didn’t update until after slot had gone to find in now over an hour away in another town and now screen doesn’t show anything another piss poor show

Useless and as always no sign of delivery

As usual you sit and wait during the allocated delivery time and no sign of delivery.
Even the tracking screen shows the delivery driver hasn't moved in 2 hours.
Absolutely useless delivery company that I'm surprised anyone still uses.

Dishonest and poor service

If I could give them 0 stars I would. This is a useless company and I don’t understand why Barker and Stonehouse use them. My order was meant to be delivered on 22/10 but DX didn’t turn up, no contact no reason - contacted Barker and Stonehouse who spoke to them and said would deliver on 23/10 - it was same story, again on 24/10 and 25/10. On 26/10 they text me saying they’d attempted delivery and left a card, which was a lie as I am at home waiting for them. I’ve had to cancel my order, in all of this, Barker and Stonehouse have been useless too!! Extremely poor service…
