tried to delivery a parcel for my…

tried to delivery a parcel for my business at 18.36 yesterday. Had problems with bx in the past. Why are they delivering to business address in the evening. Asked for redelivery as waiting for it. Got text today be between 16.48-18.48 you think would learn it shuts why deliver to a business address so late. So have a half hour widow before we close. Tried to email no response. tried online contact form. spent 20mins on the phone just to listen to music so gave up. have now contacted the seller as well. Im glad as a small business we dont use this terrible company

They never EVER deliver when they say…

They never EVER deliver when they say they will. When I see a delivery is out with DX I know 100% they will say delivering today; and not turn up. And have the cheek to say I wasn't in on the tracking. They re schedule for next day, just to do the same again. I'll usually get it on the 4th attempt! Or I'll have to go get it myself from the depot which is an hour drive.

Shocking service!!!

They are only getting 1 star as I can't give less, I ordered a coffee table one box arrived on the Thursday next box arrived on Friday 3rd box 9 days later still not arrived, dx have uses up all excuses (drivers have tried no one home) cctv says different your driver never appeared /driver not feeling well/driver got problems at home/oh best one yet (we don't have a parcel for you even thoe they have a tracking number) done waste your money on these cowboys

Dx please don't embarass yourself by reply

You are a cowboy outfit
Next time I'm away to buy online I'll check who the courier is first if its you I won't order

This is the second time I had a order from dx and both the times was not delivered customer service is a waste of time this company needs to be shut down you will never get your order on time zero stars from me any business using dx will not order

DX have to be the worst delivery…

DX have to be the worst delivery company ever…. If I could give less than one star I would!!..
I have now attempted to have a parcel delivered 4 times and as it needs to be signed for I have to wait in. On each and every occasion DX state they have attempted a delivery but I was not at home, which is an outright lie, which I can prove as I have a Ring doorbell which records people who attend my address and guess what, there is no DX delivery person recorded attending on the dates they were booked.

When you raise this with DX they state their onboard navigation system
Shows their driver went passed our address, which in their eyes obviously equals an attempted delivery, whether they actually stop or not!!..

If you have any deliveries needs stay away from this company, unless of course you never want the item to actually be delivered in first place.

Very Awful company

Very Awful company . This company shouldn’t be used by any serious company. Driver never got to my house trying to keep track with customer service agent but couldn’t get any solid information from them. It’s my travel documents they’ve got with them for over 4-5 days. Very incompetent and unprofessional company. Please do not use them. It’s a NO!!!

NOT HAPPY !!!l…

I live in a flat which has a call button system at the front door. When the bell is pressed I get a load ring in my flat with a button I can press to let them in.

They have tried 3 times to deliver a small package and each time I have not heard my alarm. I don't have any problems with any other delivery service.

Today I set my alarm do I could wait for the van and physically run down and intercept their driver...... what happened? They arrived early so I missed them again. I tried to contact them through their chat bot thing .... no reply they are a bunch of cowboys and don't care about the service they provide. I have contacted the company that use them and advised them to use another delivery company.

Bunch of cowboys who couldn't care less…

Bunch of cowboys who couldn't care less about the items they deliver.
Tried to deliver 1 of 2 items and run off, I had to stand in the road to stop them leaving and refuse the obviously damaged package.
Seemed absolutely clueless about the second package I asked for multiple times. Got a look in the back of the van and literally EVERY item had visible damage.
Honestly no idea how this company is still in business.

To much in a hurry to wait

The deliver driver walked down the drive knocked once on the door waited 10 seconds and walked back to the van and drove off,I was up stairs at the time and is impossibility to get down stairs in that time,this was checked a my security cameras ,,not happy

Absolutely crap

Absolutely crap, I can’t believe their in business. Every I make an order and find it’s DX delivery I think here we go again. And heir we go again. No delivery, then no confirmed delivery and when they do, it doesn’t turn up.
Absolute shit!

My experience similar to others

My experience similar to others. I stayed at home for 4 hours - two hours of stated delivery time and one hour either side of that - no delivery. I realise that drivers might run out of time and can accept some inconvenience associated with that but what is absolutely not okay is for DX to claim that they had attempted delivery when they had not! They even sent a photo of ‘my house’ to the company whose item they were delivering to me, except it was not my house and I’ve no idea where it is!

Rubbish, get a different courier service dormeo

Had a text to say would be delivered on the Wednesday so I rearranged my day to make sure I was in all day. It didn't arrive. Contacted customer services but no response whatsoever. Got a text the next day saying it would be delivered. This time it was. Too big to leave in a safe place so I again had to make sure I was home.
Awful service.

For over a year I have been having…

For over a year I have been having terrible service from Christchurch NZ DX Mail I have regular monthly hospital appointments Every time the appointment letter is late I have recorded 18 days since date of letter 11 days etc never earlier than a week
I have complained and just been fobbed off with excuses I only wish the hospital had another service to use I am really distressed on top of my health problem

DX tracking history is a joke

DX tracking history is a joke; history states that they have attempted delivery 4 times 😂 and left a calling card? CCTV camera has not recorded any delivery by DX. What a joke of a service.

Phone simply unaswered. Useless

Tried to tell DX they were currently the subject of a fraud. Their given phone number was unanswered all afternoon. So, what if I had actually wanted to speak to them about any shipment actually due to me?

Why did I try to help them, I ask myself?

Dreadful service

Dreadful service. After three days of waiting I still haven't received my British Airways lost suitcase. Tracking says it's out for delivery for the last two days and then it gets rescanned into Aberdeen depot. I've sent email enquiries which have not been replied to. I'm currently hanging on to their phone enquiry line, but of course no reply after 10 minutes. It's been a week since I landed at Edinburgh airport and it would have been quicker to collect it myself.

11.11.24 Received email and text that my delivery will be on 12.11.24 - took day off from work. Time slot 8-18 so all day had to stay home and guess what NO DELIVERY and what's worth NO COMMUNICATION! Received another email and text that it will be delivered today well finally.

Have no complaints about driver polite & helpful 5*.

DX Express is a joke

DX Express is a joke. I waited in for my delivery , quite an expensive peice of jewellery. I received a message giving me a time slot . As I'm retired I waited in . The time slot came and went but no delivery. Then I received another message telling me that my package had been delivered EXACTLY AND SIGNED FOR !! Unfortunately not to me. I contacted the company I had purchased off and explained. They said they would contact DX .
The next day there was a knock on my door , and a very nice man handed me a package. He lived half a mile away from me and had found my package just thrown over his gate onto the path left in full view of everyone walking past . Luckily this man is VERY honest and went to the trouble of tracking me down to bring my package to me . If it had been left to company I purchased it off and DX I would have been left seriously out of pocket.
DX are the worst company I've ever had to deal with. I would never recommend them and by choice will never deal with them again.
