They have a very restrictive delivery…

They have a very restrictive delivery schedule which maximises their own convenience but inconveniences the recipient. They give whole day windows only, and then narrow it to a 4-5 hour window on the day of delivery and invariably attempt delivery at school pick up times. They are also late by an hour usually and don't deliver on weekends. There's no way unless you work from home to get their packages. And to top it off the company you buy the item from doesn't tell you they're going to use these people. Awful experience.

The worse experiences in my life
I tool my day off to be at home when couriers arrive. I was observing his progress on the tracker. At 1.16 I received massage to redeliver the parcel as no one was at home. The driver is lying. I checked my cctv and ring camera and the driver never arrive to my property

Absolute slave labour

Absolute slave labour! Do not even attempt to work here.
Sat in a health and safety induction for 2 hours.
arrived at 5pm - was sat in the canteen for 2.5 hours until they said we can commence work. Only get paid from 7.30pm instead of 5pm.
As soon as we got on to the deck it was like all hell had broke loose and health and safety was out of the window. People being hit constantly with ladders / poles / pallet trucks forklifts nearly running people over absolute carnage. Supervisors screaming at people faster faster it was like something out of a terrible documentary - i thought i was being punked! Hired by staffdirect4u this company is horrendous also when i rang to complain they said they dont have to work there so its not there problem

DO NOT USE A COMPANY THAT USES DX

I only wish I could leave zero because one makes it seem like they did something right. They certainly didn't. Three days of waiting in, changing meetings with my own clients to accommodate the DX incompetencies. One person tells you one thing and another something else. They are completely useless and even suggested I drive a hundred mile round trip to collect my parcel. If you are about to order something online and you notice they use DX, I would suggest you order from someone else because it will not be delivered on time.

Rubbish, useless, incompetent, uncommunicative.

Delivery scheduled for Tuesday. Nothing. Delivery rescheduled for Wednesday. Nothing. Message on tracker said "we require more information from you - please ring us". I rang. Automated service said please contact us via our website. No humans to speak to. What a suprise. Went onto live chat. Took ages to respond. Some vague and oblique answer. When I asked what the extra information you needed from me - there was nothing they needed. Had my address / postcode / telephone number. Left me assuming that the driver couldn't find my property and just gave up. Didn't call. A really appalling service. Shoddy, unhelpful. I won't use any company that uses this courier service. Still awaiting delivery. Rescheduled for Friday. Let's wait and see.

i today cancelled an order with Wickes…

i today cancelled an order with Wickes after your driver "attempted" (which they didnt) to deliver my item for 3 days on the trot. I have a ring door bell and it was not attempted on any day. Poor service, poor courier and if i know any company uses you I will not use them. Rubbish service. For what its worth delivery no. 1262250484 postcode GU289JD . I suggest you find a driver who can find places to deliver

DX deliver service sucks.

Had 2 deliveries from DX. Both were later than original date. Customer service do not care about customers. After waiting for over an hour to speak to an advisor they terminated the chat because my phone locked. The second time I was told to wait as my driver has 10 stops before me. Why wait until the last minute of my delivery window when your driver has come within 0.5 miles of my address 3 times whilst driving the entire length of my town 3 times to deliver to other people. Paying £7 for “priority delivery” and receiving sub-par service is disgraceful.

Do not use it is a SCAM!

This company does not even deserve 1 star. And i am pretty sure they are a scam and going to report them.
For the past 2 weeks my order was out for delivery and failed to be delivered with the same reason each time: “sorry we missed you” while I’m at home waiting for the parcel. We have exterior security cameras outside and a delivery van has not even pulled up. They are not even attempting delivery when saying that they are. When i was ringing asking where my parcel was and why it was not delivered i was told that it would be delivered the next day which it never was. This company needs to be shut down, scamming, unprofessional, rude staff, absolutely terrible, the worst I have EVER experienced. Overall, I had to drive 4 hours all together to go collect my parcel from the DEPO myself. This is a delivery “company” that does not deliver. I am pretty sure they are scammers hoping that customers will just give up and leave their parcels with them so that they can keep them for themselves.

Absolute crap company this is second…

Absolute crap company this is second time now the delivery did not show up. After they claimed to have attempted to and left card.
But did not even come down my road .
Took time off work today as I need the delivery to fi ish a job I had a 2 hr slot and could track the van. Till the slot time went and I could no longer track veh.
Which was between 1326;and 1526hrs I've just got a text saying we left a card follow link to reschedule . There's no card. Noone came and now next delivery is in 2 days time.
Lied give false Information and quite frankly the worst delivery company out there

Blatant Liars

Blatant lies. I am having a legal document returned to me from the FCO - this document cannot be replaced. They sent it Thursday, Friday "there was a issue with the delivery" would only let me rebook the delivery for today. This morning I received email giving me a 3 hour time slot. During this time slot I saw the DX van driving down my road, next thing my phone pinged to say I had a email "you weren't in so we left a calling card" LIARS, never even attempted to deliver. The online chat is about as useful as a chocolate fireguard. So now the driver has left a calling card at a random address who could now divert my mail. ABSOLUTE JOKE.

Order an electrike bike from eskute.com…

Order an electrike bike from eskute.com on the 17th nov. It was sent to dx on the 18th (aberdeen depot) and has been sitting there since (26th) . Im only 40 miles away from aberdeen so no reason or excuse its not being delivered. Complained to dx but they state they will arrange delivery soon and that tbey are allowed 10 days to deliver an item. ( cant even give me a day or an estimated time) . I complained to eskute and they have apologised and said they wont be using dx in the future

Blatant lies

Blatant lies. I ordered them to reschedule delivery. They totally ignored my instructions and tried to deliver. They left the parcel on the doorstep with No card.
Useless incompetent morons.

what an absolute disgrace

what an absolute disgrace, awful company!

they gave us a time slot of 14:59-17:59 so we stay in all day just to wait for it because it need a mandatory signature.

they emailed us say it was delivered at 13:59 which isn’t in the time slot, there was no card through the door and no proof of delivery also we looked around the outside of the house to make sure it wasn’t there. it wasn’t!!

we rang up DX Express and we were in hold for 1hr 30 minutes. so we rang argos the seller of the item and they said they will contract DX Express and it will be in 24hr to 48hrs business working days. i rang up today and argos said that DX Express said that it was delivered to someone called yeeh, went round my neighbours house they had nothing. so i looked around the outside of the house again and it was there we didn’t sign for it but it said mandatory signature so they signed it themselves.

5 days late

Paid extra to have an item delivered the next day in the morning last Wednesday. But it was 5 days late.
Had an email every day saying it would be delivered today, but nothing ever turned up.
Now they say they have delivered it but the name of who received it, is NOT recognisable in my office. So it is either a lie or they have got the address wrong. Guess I am looking for a refund.

Awful incompetent liars.

Awful incompetent liars.
Made order at a time I knew would be delivered on a Saturday and I would be home to receive delivery as I work full time Monday to Friday.

Stated they had missed me and left a card..Absolutely no card left and no one has been to my property, does this company not realise some customers have proof they haven't even attempted to deliver.

Have emailed customer services twice and not had any response, what a shock.

Have now had to reschedule delivery and hope I can get out of work and they actually show up.

Why are companies using this absolutely abysmal company.

So thank you so much for ruining my weekend and now making my life difficult during my working hours. This company do not even deserve 1 star should be MINUS stars.

In future I will refuse to have packages delivered by these ignorant incompetents
