Good product good delivery time would definitely recommend using again
I placed my order over a week ago and it still has not arrived, I emailed them in order to find out where my fragrances are and when I will receive them but no response.

Items arrived on time however. They are nothing more than skin scents that are gone after an hour . Binned them. Suppose you only get what you pay for.

My partner has ordered goods from you , and delivery said 3-5 working days, it has now been 11 days since she has placed the order and Royal Mail are saying that, they are still waiting for the goods to be received , where as on your site it says , they have been delivered to them, the customer service is poor, as the only way of contacting you is through a chat bot, that constantly asks to check the status of your delivery and not actually resolve the issue.
Just poor.

Extremely disappointing experience.
I placed an order for a perfume on 16 May and, despite waiting well beyond the expected delivery timeframe, I have still not received my parcel.
What has been even more frustrating is the complete lack of customer service. I have sent multiple emails requesting an update on my order and have received no response whatsoever. As a customer, being ignored after payment has been taken is unacceptable.
The perfume was intended as a gift, and the delay has caused significant inconvenience. Had the company communicated properly and provided honest updates, this situation could have been handled professionally. Instead, I have been left without the product, without answers, and without confidence that my order is being dealt with.
At this stage I am considering escalating the matter through my credit card provider and relevant consumer channels.
Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company. If you decide to order, be aware that communication and delivery may be an issue.

Attar, ok. Delivered on Time.
I noticed on the side of the Box what it seems an expiry date (01/25) what it might mean that was sitting on a shelf or a long Time before I bought it.
I ve Sent a message to them through their Customer Service, but I didn t get any reply.

There was a delay in delivery. It took over 10 days before I got my order. I had to chase customer service to get updates on my order. The delay was from DXG and not the delivery company used. Overall, However, I am pleased with the product -

Sold me something they didn’t have. How else would it take 7 days for them to post at there end, Then they use the worst currier on the planet ROYAL MAIL to deliver it to me, another 6 days They replied to my 4th email and offered me 20% off the next purchase. To go through all that again,No thanks. I’ve spent more than £3000 on this new hobby since July 2025 and I can’t stop. Unfortunately dxb won’t be getting any more business.
