Clearly this company is a scam I ordered an item in the 9th May 2026 sent emails and messages asking what had happened to my product and no one has reached out to me I'm now going to pursue a refund , the customer service is shocking. and they have taken my money and not sent the perfume u ordered for my mother's birthday, it was the last bit of money I had as I'm a college student and they have not even dispatched the item yet I'm disgusted and will tell everyone Do not use this company they don't care

I am still awaiting an order I placed on the 9th May 2026 the status shows as 3-5 working days , I have sent 2x emails no one has responded I have ordered a perfume for my mother's birthday , and I haven't received it what is going on DXB I need my order urgently womeone needs to respond to my email or I will be requesting an immediate refund

Bottle came smashed and no one is replying on live chat

I made the effort and went to the Bentalls Centre Kingston, as I was going to buy a few fragrances. You can’t really buy samples so wanted to see some of the middle eastern fragrances, being a fragrance reviewer and it completely wasted my time.
When I got there one sales bloke on his phone, and I made a funny comment, absolutely nothing rude and he got all arsey, obviously couldn’t take a joke, so I thought sod this, I’m not giving you £200 of my hard earned money and walked away really annoyed. It was a poncy little stand that looked like a car boot stall with one staff member more engaged on his phone and the other one, doing something about nothing. I think DXB need to rethink their strategy and employ staff who are worth employing and will not be visiting those two again, as it was pathetic
