The order was not delivered and no information about it Left. I was not called by curier.How I get in touch with someone for my delivery?

I had my wardrobe delivered today by Paul and Carla from DX.
They have been fantastic. I can not praise them enough. Paul was so kind that he took the heavy furniture upstairs for me so I didn't need to struggle. They been both extremely kind, considerate and helpful.

Helpful driver - all good

I was waiting for a delivery of an e-bike worth £3000. It was getting toward the end of the day and I thought I'd just check and lo and behold, dumped on my doorstep. Checked my CCTV and there it is in all its glory, literally dumped the parcels, took a picture and buggered off. Didn't even bother to ring the doorbell.

absolutely shocking service - couriers dont care where they deliver - no support number - just palm you off to contact the sender.

Every parcel we order from DX does not arrive - they must be cheap for all these companies to use and risk losing their customers "Bradley" great job at not delivering my parcel.

Earlier phone call to let me know approximate arrival time. Came at stated time. Both men polite and courteous. A good all round experience. Happy

DX are the new Evri, if you want your parcel to be late, lost or forgotten about send your parcels with DX. Their AI chat bot that pretends to be a human is also the worst. Parcels get put on a truck 35mins from your house and take 3-5 days to get to you. Thats after they've been shipped from England. Shocking service throughout.

Was told someone would contact me re my delivery! Still waiting. I have now been on the phone to your company waiting for someone to answer for 13 minutes. Your chat bot does nothing to help! Edit.....was on hold for 57 minutes in total I hung up!!! Eventually got hold of someone via a voicemail left on my phone and was told my delivery would be monday 7th am! I told the girl no way was I waiting as it should already have been delivered and that I contacted seller to state that I would no longer purchase my long standing order from them if they continued to use this company. The girl then went on to say delivery was delayed due to the bank holiday!! I used to work for a haulage firm and called BS on this as a bank holiday does NOT disrupted timed and dated deliveries!!
