Better experience than most (genuine) reviewers
I read the alarmingly regular 1 star reviews on here and was more than a bit worried. Their responses demonstrate complete indifference to the customer which only added to the concern.
However, I can only speak as find. Whilst it might have been nice to be told about my delivery before it was due, and tracking information saying "left as instructed" when I'd left no instructions did leave me concerned about what I might or might not get home to, I must say whoever delivered my package did leave it a in a genuinely safe and thoughtful location, and left a note saying as much.

Delivered only 1/2 boxes. When I asked where is the second box the delivery man stated that only one box includes everything. Obviously this is not the case as the package stated that are two boxes.

how can a delivery company get a delivery wrong twice
my parcel was meant to come on the 03/09/26 but was sent to the wrong depot
should have come on the 04/09/26 but sent to another depot and not delivered
tried the online chat, but they were no help
tried to phone but I was on hold for 15 minutes and no answer and I hung up

Smooth deliver with good communication
The driver called in advance said he was on his way, called again when he arrived to confirm he had the right address (not easy to find) he double checked exactly where I wanted the parcel left and was polite and professional.
