The two window and door fitters that came two my house today were very professional clean and tidy they done the job and cleaned up after they were finished .

We had our windows and doors done by DX Home Improvements and the job was completed to the highest standard. The guys who came out to do the job were professional and just so lovely. They kept us up to date with what was happening and went above and beyond to make sure the job was done on time.

From when George came to my house to give me a no hard sell quote I was impressed. The price was far better than previous companies quotes. Sharon and Debbie were in constant contact with me throughout, finalising the administration side. Once this was dealt with, a date for installation was set. William and Steven were brilliant, they worked so quickly, but also tidying up as they went along. I was also surprised that they took all the debris from my previous windows. 10 out 10 for this company, I won't hesitate to go to them for my external doors next.

Highly recommend this company. From the first time we met the sales rep to the ladies in the office and the fitters. Everyone so helpful and happy to answer questions. The lads who done the fitting were great on time and very efficient no mess left at all.

The team were great from start to finish; quick first call to arrange a Sales team member visit after contacting them, Gary was great and very helpful in detailing it all out and providing a quote straight away to allow us to review. Sharon, Angela and the team at the office when phoning for any questions or through the process were very helpful and friendly. Richard was great and very clear when discussing the technical review and the guys who completed the work were friendly, tidy and did a brilliant job. The new windows and door are great quality and they fitted them across 2 days (5 windows, one door). Would highly recommend using DX Home Improvements for windows and doors.

George was our salesman: he came to the house and talked us through all our options. He was very knowledgeable and answered any questions that we had. We did not feel pressured into anything which was a breath of fresh air.

Sharon in the office kept us informed with what was happening, when and what was involved. Her communication was fantastic.

Richard was our surveyor and was very experienced and knew exactly what he was doing.

Daniel, David & Michael were our fitters, and I can’t tell you how amazing these guys are. Nothing was a bother for them. I struggled to take blinds down myself and the boys helped me out where needed no problem at all. I can't tell you how much I appreciate this. Due to my husband being poorly, we were in the house during the installation (which I know can be annoying for workers), but the team were honestly amazing with us, and we never felt an inconvenience at any point. They placed covers over the furniture as they worked and cleaned everything up after themselves. All old windows/doors were taken away also. Their banter was spot on too which was great. All 3 were very professional, helpful, informative, and just genuine great guys.

George, Sharon, Richard, Daniel, David & Michael are a credit to this company. We cannot speak highly enough of this team and will not hesitate to recommend them.

We are now considering what other work we need done.

I couldn’t recommend DX home improvements enough!! From the initial phone call to book in for a representative to come and measure and quote to the install was 3 weeks!! Yes 3 weeks!! From start to finish the service we received was great from Greg visiting and measuring up to Sean and Steven coming to fit our new windows and doors. We were kept up to date throughout the whole process and couldn’t be happier with our new doors and windows. Since we have had these fitted we have already noticed how much more heat effective this has been in our house. If you are looking for new windows and doors then give DX home improvements a call. You will not be disappointed. Couldn’t praise this company high enough!

I have been so impressed with the service we received. From coming to the house for the initial chat and quote to the office keeping me informed from when the windows were being ordered to delivery date.
The boys today were right on time, took time with dust sheets to make sure my home was fully protected, so polite and attentive to the work. I have felt very valued as a customer. Would highly recommend and will 100% be using for future jobs

Excellent service, from initial consultation through to the actual fitting the communications were very professional. Fitting crew were considerate and professional and did a sterling jib. I would not hesitate to recommend.

Ordered 2 new windows at the front of our house. The salesman that arrived to provide a quote was not pressurising in any way, and the price was reasonable compared to others. We were kept updated on the order the whole way through until the windows were installed, and which have been installed perfectly. Overall, we were very happy, and the windows have been great since.

The only very slight downside has been, since having the windows installed, being hounded with 2 phone calls and a few WhatsApp messages to leave a review here. This is at risk of becoming aggressive and in contrast to their sales approach, so I hope they let customers opt out of this.
