I’d been using Dyme for about a year when I realized that I could really do with the features offered in the premium version. Given that I just graduated from university and started a small business, I wrote to the Dyme team to check if there was a way for me to get access to the premium account given my circumstances. To my delight, I was swiftly upgraded by a member from their customer support free of charge. This is a real great initiative by the team to encourage small business owners and younger people to start using Dyme for their financial planning. Will defenitely recommend to my friends and family and see myself remaining a customer for a long time!

Excellent app, very user friendly. Makes maintaining a budget a piece of cake. They also offer a free premium account option for people with minimum wage, which is just the nicest thing ever.

They negotiate lower prices for a percentage of the amount your contract gets lowered with. Works great, you don’t have to do anything.

Dyme helps me to get insight into my financials

So off the bat, after registering to Dyme I have tried their renegotiate service for contracts and with and it took a while, but they came back with a contract that was +€20 euros lower than the existing contract. So a very good start. Besides the app keeping very good track and helping you manage expenses.

I love this app, it gives me a great overview over my finances. Something I desperately needed.

I did not have money for the premium functionality of the app, but Dyme give it to me for free! They have a program for people who are not able to pay, but do need it.

I am so disappointed with this app. Don’t even think about using it. I paid for them to cancel my gym membership which was going to end 5 months later. All they did was make it so that it does not renew after 5 months. They claimed that they will cancel it for me after I paid them and after contacting them they said they will give me a partial refund of my payment and I am still paying my membership… Literally a waste of time and money and rude customer service
