I ordered a protein supplement, but the package never arrived. The seller provided a tracking number, but it turned out to be invalid. I tried reaching out via email, but I haven't received any response. Very disappointed with the service — I do not recommend buying from this seller.
P.S. I received the parcel after 12 days, plus the Osavi biotin was five months past its best before end date! and the bottle.
Wow, uploading phone calls now? That’s next-level customer service – nothing says “we messed up” like needing audio proof.
Thanks for the discount bin biotin – so generous of you to throw in leftovers and then insult me for not throwing a party over it.
And the muscle comment? Adorable. Real classy for a supplement company.
Don’t worry – I wouldn’t recommend you to anyone either.

The biotin you received was from our discounted stock and was added for free, there is nothing wrong with the product but yet you are ungrateful as usual.
We wouldn’t recommend anyone allowing you to buy from them either.
